Awesome views from all around the property. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The stairs down to the bathroom were a bit of a pain at night time, especially when it was raining, but this was manageable. Shower water only runs hot for around 2 minutes, then goes cold. This wasn't really a problem though, as we found it quite refreshing, given how muggy the weather was. Cocktails by the pool were excellent and the firepit at night time was a great touch. Breakfast was very basic with only a small selection. Bit of a walk in to town if you are wanting to try out a different bar or restaurant, but scooters can be hired from just around the corner for $8 per day.

Lovely accommodation n restaurant, only drawback was not in walking distance of shops or restaurants but easy enough to get to with local taxis

The beach had waves and provided peaceful ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The infinity pool overlooked the beach and was most beautiful. The cocktail selection was great and I especially loved the iced lattes.

Located right next to the beach, the property is beautiful. The staff here is friendly and polite. The food, though can be improved. We had a great stay here and I wouldn't mind visiting the property again sooner.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff is not helpful and very rude. We asked about transportation around the island and they told us no. But many tour groups throughout the day showed up to see the beach. There was transportation around the island and your groups but they did not want to be bothered. The food was also horrible. The beach is not a swimming beach but a nice beach to relax on. I have never met such rude staff.

Great location, quiet and short distance to travel to other areas. Need transport either hire a scooter or Bimo to other locations staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Meal options not always matched to description.

The rooms were very basic but the bed and pillow were the most comfortable. The food at the restaurant was average. We only had one meal there and the found a few local warungs- Cookies was great. It’s well situated, and if you don’t mind sharing the place with day trippers, then you’ll love the pool area. I wouldn’t stay there again, I’d prefer a villa or home stay close by.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was nice. Easy walk to the beach. The staff were great at organising a trip for us. However, The air con didn’t seem to be working as it wasn’t cooling the room down. The pool didn’t look very appealing so am not certain on how regular this is properly cleaned as you weren’t able to see the bottom of the pool. Also the sun beds could with a little tlc as they were not very clean.

Gorgeous resort with brilliant views
We booked two family huts that overlook the ocean and couldn't have been happier with our choice. If you have smaller children these may not be a good choice as there are 2 beds downstairs and a queen upstairs. The stairs down to the outdoor bathroom are very steep. Outdoor shower is cold water. There are communal showers with hot water at the resort though. I didn't mind the cold outdoor shower....it was refreshing. The infinity pool was amazing and our kids loved it. The restaurant food and drinks were always good and well priced. Our breakfast was included and it was a buffet which was also nice. The staff were always helpful and all had great attitudes.

We were not aware that we would not have hot water in the room until we arrived. The transfers provided were easy and seamless. Surprised not to see a safe or lock box in the room. The view from the room was lovely. The stairs were very steep to the bathroom and the bedroom, not good for anyone with injuries etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy hour + live music and a very impressive restaurant was great! Not to mention being served drinks in the wonderful infinity pool looking at the beach. Beach not the best for swimming (tide dependent) lots of rocks, still beautiful! The room wasn’t completely closed off, as in there was large gaps with the design of the hut. This meant that the air conditioning could have been better and bugs were able to come in. Location was great! Overall, good value, comfortable, convenient. Would recommend.

First, the good: this hotel is located on a beautiful beach with great views, the beds are more comfortable than I expected, and the food and drinks were pretty good. Also the pool area was lovely. My friends and I had a great time here--for the most part. The bad: we didn't realize the rooms did not have hot water. That was an unwelcome surprise! It wasn't a huge deal though. Another slight irritation was that the WiFi did not extend to our hut at the far end of the hotel. Again, annoying but not a huge deal. The big issue was the way staff handled bills. Be careful charging anything to the room, and make sure to get a receipt when you pay in cash. They charged my friend and I for the same items then were very pushy about settling up the rest of the drinks in the morning. When we were leaving, they were very shady about the transportation costs. First it was 100,000 rupiah per person (for a taxi to take us to the boat back to the island), then it was 150,000, then somehow it turned into 300,000 per person. Get receipts and push back if they start getting vague on numbers!

We loved this place. Really was glamping at its best. Family huts are right on the beach....just like you always dreamed. Tourists coming in each day were not really a problem for us, it was actually quite amusing watching them pose and get knocked down in the waves. Huts are basic, but beds were comfy and kids loved the 'princess' mosquito nets. Hard to see from website, but there is an internal staircase it is just through the outside bathroom, so we were able to lock the kids door and they could just get to us via the bathroom. Food and drinks at restaurant were good and reasonable prices, compared to other beach front locations. Beach is pretty rough for kids swimming other than at low tide.

The view and the pool are incredible, probably one of the best on the island but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The huts are quite basic but cute, with a mosquito net to cover the bed and an outdoor bathroom. It might just be their style but at the pool and restaurant they take a while to come up and take your order and the staff appear to be a little rude but it could just be a cultural thing. Be careful if you hire a scooter from there as while they’re cheap, many have breaks that don’t work and very bald tires.

Wow, the pictures really had me fooled. They don’t tell you that you bathe in cold SALT WATER showers. The huts are not completely sealed off to birds. The AC units are outdated, poorly cared for, and too small for the space. The restaurant and front desk staff are unattentive and rude. Don’t order a frozen/blended drink, they blend it for 2-3 minutes. Sadly, this critique is coming from a seasoned bartender who vacationed with her fiancé that works in Air Conditioning. You can literally hear your neighbors conversations AND MUCH MORE from inside your hut. Positives: great views, restaurant in the back was very kind and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend or return. After adventuring the 3 islands, I’d advise that you stay on Nusa Penida. You can see all the sights of Lembangon and Cenigan all in one day.

Positive first, the location is great and its right on the beach. Unfortunately, we had two nights here and only decided to stay for one of them. The room was dirty, stains and holes on the sheets. Stairs to get the toilet are very steep and also bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. We were celebrating our honeymoon - I emailed the hotel and told them this before and it wasn’t acknowledged. Not the spot for us :(

Great location fantastic setting huts are a great novelty Food was Good Breakfast a little hit and miss but Ok public toilets at the Bar were atrocious due to lack of cleaning and too much use by day trippers visiting Devils tear drop infinity pool was nice and refreshing as sea too rough to swim. I wouldn't stay longer than two nights but would go back in the future

Great Location, facilities really nice, cleanliness was acceptable, food was good but not great, many better places to eat in the area which is a shame because the location of the restaurant is second to none... There was a few good staff that went out of their way to be helpful but there was also a few, specifically at the bar that made you feel like they could not care less about their job or the customer. Often felt like we were burdening them with a drink order. Other than that we had a fantastic time and would be likely to return.
