"The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me. "

"Nice, comfortable hotel, just a few minutes easy walk into the town. Comfortable beds in clean rooms, and a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast options were good, with some really nice cheeses and bread, along with cereals, pastries, etc. Reception staff were very helpful, both before our trip and during our stay."

"Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy."

"Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets. "

"My husband and I spent two nights at Chalet Christine in the room on the top floor. Our stay was incredible! The views were stunning and the place was amazing. "The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
