While we have stayed here several times and enjoy it- the service- specifically at check in has consistently gone downhill. Slow and unpleasant. Everyone else who helped us during our stay was fantastic! The rooms were clean as always, I do wish they had black out curtains in the rooms though. Late nights and early morning sun don’t mix well.

Other than our comforter being dirty it was a decent experience, I think it was very high priced for the quality but we had an amazing time and memories so I’m blessed

what I liked was they were ok with giving me an upgrade. what I did not like. That I had to pay for the upgrade. per night. I'm retired military ...No military discount. It wasn't going to brake, the bank to show a little appreciation.

Found a piece of stale bread under the table in my room...it wasnt mine. The shower curtain smelled of pee. The beds were clean. The pillows are awful so i recommend taking your own. The restaurants were priced decently and had quality food. Service was overall great and friendly.

This hotel didn't have ice buckets. There's no comforters or bedspreads on the beds and when we asked for one they didn't have any so they brought extra sheets instead. They didn't have bingo at this hotel. I was very disappointed in the hotel. Will stay somewhere else next time

This is an older hotel that still has the acoustic “popcorn” ceilings, but our room was very clean & quiet. The best part was the Bighorn restaurant! Good food, good service, good prices & good ambiance, including good live music.

In terrible need of an update. Everything is old and stained and smells musty or smokey. Private beach acess is nice and the water and candy at checkin was cute.

The property has good and bad... The staff was great for the most part. The costs were good and the food was inexpensive and good at the restaurants. The property overall is clean just a little run down. Be prepared to wait at the Bighorn Cafe but the service and food is great! We wish they had some live entertainment. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was run down and had some mold, and our air-conditioning did not work.

Everybody's really friendly. Several themed mini casinos within the casino hotel. Very unique. food is very affordable.
