The hotel is fine, nothing remarkable; however I chose it because I thought it was close to the monorail and I had a person on a wheelchair in my party. Although the monorail is near, there is a long long and not straightforward walk to it; you have to go through multiple and confusing series of lifts and hallways to reach the hotel/monorail. Also the ramp from the casino floor to Las Vegas Blvd is too steep for a non-motorised wheelchair, with a non wheelchair friendly door to go through.

L hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est proposé sur le site. Extrêmement bruyant, aucune aminity dans la chambre, climatisation non directionnelle qui empêche l usage d un lit. Triste, glauque et vieux. A éviter !

Loved the hotel, dining options inside and around the hotel, and room. We did not like that when we arrived, we had to pay an additional $200 for resort fees, taxes, and $60 to do early check in or wait in the long check in line at the 3:30pm hour before getting a room. Those details were not shared by Expedia or the hotel prior to us reserving the space. Had we would have known that, we wouldn’t have made the decision to book the room.

At check in the room assigned was dirty and looked like someone was still occupying the room. Then the new room shower wouldnt drain and over flowed on the bathroom floor that was flooded and carpet. While waiting for drain to be repaired caused delays in getting ready and missed reservations. Noone came for over 24 hours to clean the mess from the drain.

People in the kiosk check in area are so pushy and rude. Be lady who approached me was like annoyed that she was helping me and I didn’t even ask for help. I wanted to check in with the desk girls and she basically pushed me towards a kiosk saying it was the same thing.

Bedroom Mirror had hand print/smudges on it, sink faucet had a ring of green around where the water comes out like hard water build up. Toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. No matter which switches and combinations I tried there were some lights that wouldn’t come on and the AC sounded like an air raid siren when it went off.

the rooms were dirty. i asked to change my room because it was dirty and the next room was even more dirtier. marks on the wall. table was not wiped clean. curtain had blood or something red all over it, the comforter had stain marks, soap dispenser was broken and leaking on the shower floor. didn't have a hair dryer i had to call and ask and they didn't even believe me. when i called for one the bell guy wanted to see if there really wasn't one and came in the bathroom to check without even asking to come in. carpet smelled really bad. the AC was so loud and making all kinds of noise. i spent so much money for a hotel 8 ratings motel. never again or will i recommend to anyone.

We checked in late (10pm) following a late flight and were assigned a room in "District 2". To get to the room took 2 turns down long corridors and was all the way to the end of the corridor next to fire exit. The walk was through a dimly lit, gray hallway, with tortilla chips strewn along the carpet like a 30-chip breadcrumb trail. Opening the door to the room was utterly depressing. The "deluxe" room felt more cramped than a Motel 6, was dark, and had a narrow window facing a dark concrete wall. We returned to the check-in desk to see if there were alternate "deluxe" rooms available that were less dark and depressing and were told this room matched all other deluxe rooms in size ("three hundred sq ft"), but that one with a view of the pool could be purchased for an additional $30 per night. I asked if there was a difference among the "districts" and was told that the District 3 was newer but fully booked. (I coincidentally heard two other parties in the reservations line mention they were attempting to change rooms or leave.) My guess is that there are other much better and nicer deluxe rooms in the hotel as I had read positive reviews about LINQ, but following that initial experience and the lack of empathy or interest from the late check-in, I will never attempt to stay at the LINQ again. The one redeeming thing that raises this review to two stars from a single star is that Jennifer in reservations helped see that I got a full refund following immediately checking out.

We stayed for three days, and got a nice upgrade to a room with a fridge. however housekeeping did not come a single time. when checking in they asked if we wanted housekeeping and i said yes of course, but they never came. we even called on the second day to specifically request for housekeeping services before we headed out for the day, to which they said they will send someone, but they never came. our towels were all used up and we literally had to contact the guest services multiple times to refill our towels. the shampoo/conditioner/soaps were empty, and the rooms were so dusty. our room didn’t have a microwave and we wanted to reheat some of our leftover food but they wouldn’t help us! not even with room service. and what is up with the huge pool of water at the rideshare pick up spot? overall great location, bad service and management. we will not be coming back.

4 stars because there’s no tub options Had a window but the view is obstructed by the side of the building which is dirty Also no microwave so a lot of food I would’ve like to eat later, couldn’t because it was then cold because rooms only have mini fridges.

I booked two rooms with King beds, I was told at the front desk upon check-in that they overbooked and was given rooms with two "queen" beds, which were actually twin/full beds. The room was not stocked with lotion/soap. Housekeeping did not restock towels/washcloths. There is no coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Convenient area for walking the strip, in hotel restaurant, The Hash House was very good.

Very clean room and resort. Pillows were very fluffy which I loved! Halls were quiet at night. I did have to call maintenance twice about a blown bathroom fuse, but this eventually got resolved. Resort was in a great location!

This property is in the middle of strip,for early arrival can check in luggage.travelers can check in out hotel on kiosks ,get key from register machines ,we do not waiting on line for check in,for processing is quick just 15 minutes,highly recommended this hotel.

the mirror light in the bathroom of our room did not work.had to shave with a flashlight .the wife had to put on makeup with a flash light also!!!!!!!!!!!!! the elavator to the garage floors did not work.when we arrived still out 3days later. not fun climbing the stairs or walking the ramp for four floors!!!!!!!! the restaruants are very good.
