I hadn't been to the Railroad Pass in years and was very reluctant because the last time I went it was pretty dilapidated. But I was so impressed. Totally remodeled and new looking. Super spacious rooms. Clean and even won some money at casino!!!!

my husband was upset that he couldn’t watch his game!! we checked in and everything was ok besides our t.v not working, maintenance man came over and said there was nothing he can do about the cable due to he didn’t have what he needed to get it working, he also said they had no more rooms to move us too, i then spoke with someone from front desk they said they would lower the rate and didn’t!!! i got billed full price

Staff tried to make it pleasant. Casino environment smells of stale smoke. We couldn't stomach the smoke so we had breakfast elsewhere.

Comfortable room in an older property. Decor needs updated, and casino smells of cigarette smoke all the time. Rooms are non smoking though so not a problem there. Iron Rail restaurant is diner style with plentiful portions and lots of seating. Service was quick and staff very personable. We only ate breakfast there and did not eat at the steakhouse or the pizza place. All 3 are located in the hotel as well as the casino which takes up a lot of the first floor. Only downside was a few inconveniences due to a movie being filmed in the casino one day while we were there, so we had to wait or be rerouted around the building to get to our room. Reasonably priced rooms, but when all is said and done, I would pay a little more at a hotel with a pool/hot tub and without the cigarette smells.

I was exhausted driving all day and decided to stay at the resort casino last minute. Completely surprised at how well I was treated and everything from the room to gaming . So I won't hesitate next time coming into Vegas I will definitely stay there again

The our room seemed new so the recent (?) remodel was done very well, modern. The casino seemed clean but had a stale smoke aroma. We had dinner at the diner and it was very good!

Very cost effective and convenient for rental car stay and quick access to the airport. Be sure to give time to take the shuttle. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Casino smells of aged cigar and cigarettes but the rooms were clean and freshly redone. Perfect stay!

First of all we were put in a dirty (unmade bed, someone had slept on half glass of water on nightstand). Went down stairs and was given a clean room, only to be awaken at about 4:30 am by the fire alarm. Told to go down the stairs and outside in a chilly am. Holiday express Next door allowed us to sit in their lobby. Very gracious. An hour and a half later we were told we can go upstairs to retrieve our belongings, with the alarm still going. No fire trucks or police around and no explanation. By then no going back to sleep. We left. Called later, as advised and received a whopping $23.02 credit. Absolutely outrageous. Also might add you need an update desperately.

You get what you pay for. Hotel was in a casino so the smell was expected although my son had a hard time with it, it was only one night. Check in staff were ok. Later front desk staff was better. Elevator going up to room was disgusting and sketchy. Wasn’t sure we were going to make it to the 4th floor. Or back down. Room was fairly clean.

Bathroom shower needs to be finished with shelves which were removed and nowhere to put soaps, shampoo ect . Had to set stuff on edge of sink and open door grab and use and open door to grab other thing that you need inside the shower door opens wrong way to grab a towel have to open door walk out and grab a towel . Poor planing on use. Shower floor extremely slippery , which can cause an accident should have a none slip surface somebody has an accident. 1-1/2 gap under door to adjacent room causing a lot of noise from adjacent room very annoying early in the morning. Bed was nice and comfortable but disappointed on renovation . I won’t stay here anymore. Did get a good breakfast in there restaurent.
