We were not informed before or during check-in that the pool would be closed for 4 weeks. In fact, in the "info" they gave us with breakfast times, wi-fi code, etc.- the pool times were listed. We only learned of the closure after our children wanted to use the pool. We asked for a refund and to check out and were told that we'd have to talk to management the next day. The pool was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. We ended up calling the 24 hour Comfort Suites number and after some hassle, checked out and moved to a different hotel.
