“Can't wait to go back”
Best hottel experience.
“Very goog”
Nice, clean, comfortable
“Nice but Not Great”
The hotel is nice but it isn't like OMFG BEST HOTEL EVERZ!1! like some reviews make it out to be. Pro's: Very clean Spacious Elegant Good mix of high/low denominations on casino machines Great Food in hotel restaurants Con's: Room was hot - Set room temp to 65 (lowest setting) still sweating my balls off. Even tried turn it off. Shower had slow drainage - not a huge deal but come on splurge on some draino. Expensive - Expected more for the premium price. Restaurants were super tasty but still pricey...I mean $20 for a lunch buffet? really? It wasn't THAT great....ain't serving me lobster tails or anything. Rooms super dark - I can see the casino being dark - because all casinos are - but come one don't make me sit in my room in the dark too. All in all it is a nice hotel with a good location but the price just isn't worth it. I would recommend a cheaper hotel.
“Romantic Bellagio!”
My husband and I took a 4day/3 night trip to Las Vegas, stayed at the Bellagio and found it to be a wonderful and romantic place. Quiet, wonderful service and the location to either side of the strip was perfect! My only complaint was our bathroom was not as clean as I expected it to be after the first cleaning....however everything else was flawless!
“GO B!!”
i ran the marathon and I stay for 4days. The experience in B was wonderful except we're complaining about the bathroom toilet noise that everytime you flushed it make loud noise NOISE NOISE!!!
“amazing”
The hotel housekeeping department needs training. The housekeeper did not change the sheets from the previous guest, there was a disgusting stain in the chair, the bath tub was not properly cleaned. They need a new housekeeping staff A.S.A.P.
“Together”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellagio with the exception that there was not live music entertainment for people like me that don't gamble constantly but would like to listen/dance to music in the convenience of the chosen hotel. Also, I wished I would have known about the marathon that took place on the Strip and closed all the street kind of leaving us stranded. Next time I would like to be reminded of something big like that going on because we did not count on having that type of activity going on while there closing the whole strip. A small suggestion is to have larger shower caps for people with long hair as I and an exaust fan in the bathroom. Over all, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it once they have live entertainment again....Service was very good, though. Thanks, C
“Pretty good overall; very big and busy”
My wife and I stayed 12/2-12/6 for her 40th birthday. I was a little annoyed our room was not available when we checked in (I had booked weeks in advance) and I was offered a smoking room or one with two queen beds instead of a king. The whole process of getting this worked out took way too long (~2 hours) and should be unnecessary given the amount you pay for the room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The casino (which you had to cross in order to get to and from your room) was nice but still reeked of smoke; a problem for my wife who suffers from asthma. In fairness it was much less smoky than all the other casinos we visited. All in all it was a pleasant stay but don't expect any personal attention from the staff. It is a big hotel that is constantly moving people in and out.
“Very Classy”
Wonderful service, cleanliness. Don't miss the beautifully decorated atrium!
“Tired, Dirty, & In Serious Need of Renewal”
arrived on sunday afternoon, waited in line over 20 minutes just to check in. Got to my room and to my utter amazement, the room hadn't even been cleaned - it had only been "made up". There was hair all over one bed and all over two pillows on same bed. The room smelled and was not very clean at all. Phoned and got moved immediately to another room. Nobody follows up. Nobody calls with an explanation. In short, nobody cares. The fact is, Bellagio is adequate if you're just going to drink and carouse, but it is really getting tired. The service has fallen dramatically in the past 3 years. The cleanliness is the biggest problem. Very disappointing. 3 or 4 better options right on the strip. Newer. Cleaner. Faster and better service.
