"Hotel facility is good. We had the room facing the lake which was amazing. Many green surrounding the complex. We booked e executive room and could access the lounge for happy hour and drink. It was pity that the food collection was rather limited. There was not even peanuts available for the cocktail. Rest was perfect; helpful waiters. "

"Overall, our stay is good, the room is clean and the breakfast buffet has very few options but is ok. But checking out was a disaster. When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days...
