Front Desk Staff was excellent and very attentive. The room cleanliness was not up to high standards and we were surprised to get just one little bottle of (shampoo/conditioner) for a (2) nights stay. We needed to go down to the front desk to ask for more.

The staff was great and very welcoming. My only issue with my stay was the mattress, it was horrible and the pull out couch was even worse. It is a shame because the hotel is very clean and the staff was great. But we did not rest it was truly very uncomfortable.

Very clean and pleasant property. The area was nice and close in distance of restaurants and shopping! Only downside was the beds. They were very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Shower was not clean - someone had wiped something across the walls that was the same color as the flecks of brown in the shower - and when I sent to use the hairdryer it was so nasty I gagged. Covered in what looked to be hair and dye. When I went to the front desk the guy was very apologetic and gave me a new one - gagging himself when he removed it from the case. I also told him about the shower, and he said they had had issues with the cleaning crew but would send someone - that never happened the whole week we were there. There is only 1 small shampoo provided - no conditioner. The couch was part of a sectional with only one piece - and it was ripped. There was only one remote so you could not watch TV in the bedroom and the "living room". The dishes that came out of the sanitized bad were in fact dirty. The wifi was useless - unable to work at all (unless you pay more). I wont be going back to this facility - and doubt I will ever go to an extended stay anywhere.

Had to find a last minute place to stay on a trip. This was disappointing place, room was way over priced, the furniture was worn out & tattered, dresser drawers opened by themselves. Full trash cans outside & morning coffee was poor and we really needed it as the landscaping crew woke us up at 6:30 - 7 am. The bed was comfy but that's about the only positive , would never stay again.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were a good size. The only real "complaint" is that the 2 bedroom unit only has 1 bathroom and it is in the main bedroom and not the common area. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the cost.

It's not a bad place to stay. Overall didnt have any problems but the furniture in the rooms is pretty beat up. Couch had seen better days with wear and tear and scratches and scrapes that comes with age.

We will never stay at any of you location. Noisy and a bad smell in the halls I had no choice than to stay that night because I couldn't find a room at a different place for that night but never again i should have slept in my car. that's how bad the experience

Wanted a kitchen. Had to go to service desk for pots, pans, plates, and utensils and was told there are no bins available to distribute them. Put trash outside my door for pickup. Instead of picking it up, housekeeping knocked on my door and instructed me where to go put it. Furniture inside room was worn. Overall, unhappy. Next time, I'll stay at a Marriott with a kitchen, pay more, and save the difference by cooking my own food. Still, this place is better the halfway house on the otherside of the interstate with same theme, but different brand.

It was a safe location. Clean. The breakfast was misleading. It is a grab and go but decent. You just think hot breakfast when it says breakfast included. The coffee not so good. But they had hard boiled eggs, tea, cereal bars, oatmeal.

The lobby was great- updated and cheerful. I was hopeful. The room was alright with a nice couch, kitchen and bed. Then I went to take a shower and there was a large chunk of black hair in the tub. It totally grossed me out. I have stayed in so many hotel via my job and this made me question everything in the room. Not fair to the hotel--- but not fair to me either. Won't stay in an Extended Stay again.
