3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"The room was clean but the sagging mattress needs updating. Our room had a noisy air conditioner that ran all day and night. The noise made it difficult to sleep. The grounds were clean and beautifully kept. The pool area is clean and well-occupied. The Turtle Grille served excellent food and the staff there gave excellent service. We enjoyed our stay in spite of those few exceptions."

"The property looks very old school but is well run and maintained. Large comfortable rooms. The popular "Downtown" strip is within very short and easy walking distance. A lot of "fun" food, drinks and shops!! Very reasonable pricing from October to April; "Snowbird Season"!! Different pricing structure and deposits for the rowdy summer party months! Typical of most properties during that time frame. See my Google Maps reviews on this and many other venues "

Royal Inn
2.0 star property
5.0 out of 10, (250)
"Room smell like cigarette smoke, drawers were wet from some kind of oil, cigarette burns around the tub. Someone else's tooth pick on the floor, bad electrical wire for the mini fridge and microwave oven, front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their town, pool under renovation, very close to main street and shops. "
