The hotel had a view of the harbor, with walkability to both the harbor and for shopping and restaurants. Also an easy walk to the train station. Everything was clean and modern.

The staff was super helpful, the location is great near the historic center with lots of shops and great restaurants. Parking is very convenient as well as access to the central train station. Will definitely stay there gain on my next trip.

Great Location / Walkable to various shopping and restaurants. Close to the boardwalk and Sea. Great on site restaurant with beautiful sea views. Rooms clean, new and renovated. Highly recommend.

La recepcionista es muy grosera cuando se trata de algún problema… el estacionamiento que anuncian tener no existe y te dan un boleto que no sirve… acabas pagando 30 euros por noche

kind jorgeWe are sorry to read that you did not receive a welcome as you imagined but usually the staff at the reception are used to dealing with many people who compliment us on how the staff welcomes guests.regarding the parking it doesn't work as you described. on all websites it is specified that we have an agreement with an underground car park near the hotel and it costs 12 per day. in fact you paid 12 for 1 day of parking and not 30 as per your reviewKind regards

Ho soggiornato una notte all Nh Hotel di La Spezia. Bell’albergo, la camera superior vista mare molto carina ma l’ho trovata un po’ piccola. Il bagno bellissimo, peccato fosse senza finestra e senza estrattore. La colazione a buffet strepitosa, spazia dal salato al dolce con ottima qualità.

Conforto e atendimento de qualidade!
03 dias inesquecíveis em La Spezia. Nos hospedar no NH foi o diferencial. Desde o 1º contato por fone não tivemos dúvidas que o NH seria uma hospedagem especial. Quando perguntamos da localização do hotel até o estação de trem foi uma resposta tão bonita que não tivemos dúvidas e fechamos 2 noites e prorrogamos para mais 1 noite, de tão especial que foi. Queremos voltar e com muita alegria recomendamos essa hospedagem.

Todo bien, muy comodo y bien ubicado, solo que el hotel no contaba aun con calefacción y ya hacia bastante frio. Anuncian en la pagina que cuentan con estacionamiento, pero en realidad hay que estacionarse en la calle y pagar parkimetro.

Dear EduardoThanks for your comment.we have a period after daylight saving time and before autumn where we have the heat off. and depend on weather conditions. if a sunny day is warm. if a rainy day it's cold.for parking it is written on our website and also in others that we have parking near the hotel it is not possible to book and it costs 12.00 for 24 hoursbest regards
