Staff is very friendly, breakfast has great options and delicious. All the rooms gave very nice sea views. They are very up to date and clean. The AC is great. The bar needs a spike. Maybe some music to attract people and conversation

The beachfront location with nice, shallow pool and lounge areas, the room terrace, the convenient fridge in the room, and the onsite bar and restaurant were just what we wanted and worth it. The property is very nice, very large, and has amazing potential. It could use some sprucing up as it has quite a bit of deferred maintenance. I think this property is geared towards Spanish speakers as the staff's English was limited except for one young lady. The housekeepers worked their tails off every day. Breakfasts were unpredictable, but if you stick to eggs, you'll be okay. Not sure what my chilaquiles were trying to be....

I liked that the property had direct access to the beach. Some properties directly adjacent to the La Posada were unsightly and in disrepair presenting massive eye-sores. Our room met our needs nicely.

The room was great with jacuzzi tub and excellent views. Overall it was a great stay. However there are no gift shops or convenient stores anywhere nearby. Not even for tums.

Para comenzar, difieren de lo publicado aquí. No tienen servicio de recolección aeropuerto y de regreso, no tienen gimnasio y definitivamente no están a 15min de playa Balandra si no a 1hr. La habitación pareciera que la estaban arreglando, el clóset era de esos armados que apenas si cupo ropa para una persona, se cayó el porta toallas y el jacuzzi carecía de lo indispensable para un baño. No volvemos a ir y no recomiendo el hotel, conviene mejor ir a una cadena internacional hotelera conocida.

The employees are very accommodating. Rooms are quite unique having a second floor accessed by a circular staircase. Upstairs is another bathroom, lounge area and fillable tub. All rooms overlook the water. Its a unique small resort property and we enjoyed our stay. There is some minor remodeling being done as the property is almost 20 years old. Englebert Humperdink owned the property until 2003/4.

The property is damaged, old and not updated. The picturesdo not represent the conditions of the hotel common arras or its rooms. The 2 room alternatives we were given were painted ( wuthin hours of our arrival) abd smelled like paint, with paint drops all over the floor, furtniture, bed covers and sofa.. the hotel advertises a gym but fhe gym has not been open since the pandemic ( according to bell boy) . We are asking for a refund

La Posada is a little run down and needs a lot of upgrading. Three chairs broke in our room during our five day stay. For the price of $191 per night you would expect a little more care. The pool was never vacuumed and the algae collected on the bottom of the pool. The outer area near the pool has a lot of clutter and the free breakfast was mediocre at best. However the service is excellent. The bar tender Antonio was always funny and pleasant. The front desk agent Jerald was always accommodating and wanted to make sure you were happy. Our room had a second level with a hot tub which was really nice. In the future, I would probably look for another hotel with better care though.

We stayed here and had excellent food at the restaurant and above FIVE STAR Service from Lui @ the front desk! We checked out super early to do an excursion only to find I had left my 3 wedding rings in out bathroom. Lui answered our call and put us on hold while she personally went to our room and found my treasures! She assured us they would be safe at the concierge desk and they were! 8 hours later we returned and they were locked away safely and packaged in an envelope. Great service-Amazing Surf n Turf and Fish dinner-lovely beach front pool. We highly recommend!!!

It’s a nice place with perfect access to walk on the beach and watch the sunset. The rooms are big with great views. The pool is big and nice. Lot’s of grass if you have a dog. It’s quiet and relaxing.

Plenty of room for large families
Excited to book a resort that is centrally located in La paz. When we arrived the front desk was friendly but new. The room had a staircase up to another room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony and another bathroom. Breakfast was included. The only downside is the resort pool is only filled halfway so it goes maybe to my waist. That happens in July or the summer months. That was why we booked here, was for a big nice pool. So that was a bummer. I would rate it 3.5 stars because of the pool.

Not happy with our stay had to leave hotel. First off shower knob was not working water went all over the place except where it needed to. Could not adjust it was hot. Secondly when we came back it appeared as someone had been in our room. Even the refrigerator had liquid spilled inside it. That was not there when we first arrived. Called front desk no one could come to help or check as he was the only one. But would tell morning shift. Door had not latch to keep closed. Se had to place a a chair in front of door in order to get some sleep. Told Ana we would not be staying and informed her of the issues she said she could not do anything and hotel was already paid. To take it up with Travelocity. She did offer another room but to be sincere we did not feel safe or comfortable staying.

Your comment is not objective. None of the above is real, except for the soda that due to the temperature of the minibar exploded and spilled. Assistance was given to clean it up, however you decided to leave the property.

We booked here for two nights. Staff was not friendly. We didn’t have water in our room one day No shower the breakfast is horrible. The bay is not swimmable. Yes chairs broken I would give this hotel a 4 out of 10 overall.

Nice view of the water and removed from the busy part of the town by about a mile. The room was spacious and we really liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I think there was no better beach in La Paz. The hotel and pool were a bit dated and could use an update. The food was good which was a good thing because there were no nearby restaurants. If you like walking or have a car or don’t mind taking taxis, this would be a good choice.

The property was nice. Parts of it were dated. The furniture at the pool area had clearly seen better days. It was too cold to use it, so it did not really affect us. The furniture in our room was also dated, but overall the room was nice. Service was good. One morning our server was new, and struggling. The experienced server kept coming over, and taking care to make amends. We were fine with that, learning takes some time! The bar was disappointing. I am a white wine drinker and their 2 choices were pretty bad. We ordered a couple drinks we could not drink. Every one in our party switched to bottled beer. Only being a wine drinker, I watched :(. It was further from the Malecon then we thought. Needed to drive everywhere, so not real convenient.
