"Beautiful property that has been recently renovated and is exceptionally well maintained. The staff was outstanding—friendly, courteous, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. The facility was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Could be a very nice get away for romantic young couples!"

"The best hotel in Tunisia. The staff were absolutely incredible. Knew our names as we walked around. So attentive. So thoughtful and caring. Everything taken care of. Exactly what you’d want in a Four Seasons. Special shout out to: Our favourite. Amani. Who is the sweetest person who made our trip. The other staff really looked after us, Youssef, Halil, Khalid, Ines, Wael, Ahmed, Souhail, Immas and Nour. The spa is sight to see and felt so relaxed coming home. I’d recommend everyone to go."

"Very nice location and place overall. Cleaning did a superb job maintaining our room and going the extra mile to make us enjoy our stay. Naturally, we tipped her handsomely😊. One are of improvement is the reception folks needing to be more accommodating. Every request we made was turned down with a phony smile. We requested an iron; we were told to use the laundry services. We requested an extra towel to use the pool, they said to wait until the next day! They made me pay 15 TND to get a bottle of wine I to my room. WiFi in the room was not working; I reported it and the reception lady said they’d send a technician - it never happened. They need to listen to customers and be more accommodating. It’s not all about spending more money!"

"We loved everything about the resort and Tunisia! The resort has so much to offer. Every nook was unique. We spent most of the day by the main pool and we were taking care of by Slim. We’d venture out in the afternoon. We loved Sidi Bou Said. There were great restaurants near the hotel. The food was delicious at hotel and every where we went."
