"Luxury, 10 mins from city centre"
Very quiet location in the business district half way between city centre and the seafront. Excellent location on the lake (ask for a lake view room) with a great walkway around the seafront to stroll or jog along.

"Great hotel in the center of Tunis"
Except for an erratic internet connection this hotel was great. The location could not be better. The hotel staff was very friendly and the price/quality ratio was excellent.

    "Paris, je t`aime!"
It was my first time visiting Paris so I wasn`t too sure just how close our hotel was to everything. We were in walking distance to everything! Wonderful location to get the metro as well (stop right in front of the Hotel). Also it`s right next to a Super market which was nice to buy little things for snacks. The room was very clean and always done up for us.Didn`t eat breakfast at the hotel but there is a nice list of what to eat for 7 Euros. We have already recommended this place to friends since we were that satisfied and will probably go back next time. Just take in mind that the rooms are small and bathrooms as well but still very much able to move around.

"Simple and cheap, but that's the extent of it"
Because we have been staying at hostels and sleeping in train stations for the majority of our trip, this hotel is probably put under better light by this review. It's along a line of resorts, but don't think you'll be staying at one even close. The room was badly cleaned, but they had AC available and when the windows were shut, it kept a good deal of the noise out. However, Tunisian people like to stay up VERY late, so you shouldn't be upset to hear a lot of ruckus up until 4am or so. The staff were very friendly and we were lucky to have the night security speak a great deal of English as we know almost no French or Arabic. But communication was fine when we tried. We felt secure for the most part, but a lot of the loud noises could be jarring and the only thing that helped that was not being on the first floor. Our AC in the first room was broken and it was SO hot and stuffy but when we asked to change rooms they were very nice about it. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but I can see many people being highly disappointed with the cleanliness and location (street noise).
