"Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable! Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot. Staff was nice, self checkin possible too. I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again! "

"The hotel looked like it was build in the 40s and hasn't had any renovations. It felt like something from the Eastern Block, the cold war era. It's not cute, its depressing. The only food or drink avail was a continental breakfast. Thank fully the room was clean and quiet...."

"The 4-star rating of this hotel is completely misleading. This property is nowhere near 4-star standards and would struggle to qualify as a 2-star hotel. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent. We could hear everything: conversations in the hallway, noise from neighboring rooms, doors opening and closing, and even footsteps from the room above. Rest and sleep were constantly interrupted. The bathroom was by far the worst part of the room. The shower was separated only by a flimsy curtain in an extremely cramped space, causing water to flood the bathroom floor every time it was used. Years of water damage appear to have taken their toll, as the bathroom door frame was visibly deteriorating and falling apart. The faucets and fixtures were old, heavily worn, and covered in built-up grime. Using the bathroom felt unpleasant every single day. What is most frustrating is that these are not minor cosmetic issues. They are basic maintenance and cleanliness problems that directly affect the guest experience. My husband and I spent our entire three-night stay counting down the days until we could leave. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were constantly reminded of how poor the condition of this hotel was. The 4-star rating sets expectations that this property simply does not meet. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or quality hotel experience. The only thing more surprising t"

"We had an excellent stay at this elegant hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. They treated us exceptionally well and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was truly outstanding. The dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, easily one of the highlights of our visit. The quality of both the food and service reflected the high standards of the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and the dedicated work desk was a great feature. The bathroom was well-designed and generously sized, adding to the overall comfort of the room. We also enjoyed the outdoor courtyard, which offered comfortable seating, umbrellas, and shaded areas—perfect for relaxing with a drink or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. For electric vehicle owners, the hotel provides two charging stations in the parking lot, which was a convenient amenity. The only minor issue was that the hotel entrance can be easy to miss when driving, especially if it is your first visit. Better signage would be helpful. However, this small inconvenience did not detract from an otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, this is a beautiful, upscale hotel with exceptional service, excellent dining, and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"1-The toilet was touch the Bathroom wall which you can’t set ( have pictures if you need) 2- there was no fan as mentioned in booking and the weather was so hot so you can’t sleep and when asked the reception for the fan , they said open the window!!!. 3- there was any material for shower or to wash your hand good"

"massive and beautiful room, bed was an incredible size, great view and blackout curtains 100% work. Tv was small and off centre to the bed but wasn’t using it anyway so wasn’t a problem, shower was unbelievable best thing ever. only downside was not being able to use the mini fridge for personal drinks as it was so hot all i wanted to do was put my own drinks in there. the AC was great too always coming back to a cold room was great. train station was right beside it literally a minute walk which made the day run so smoothly, metro was only about 12 minutes away too which was also so helpful. 100% recommend and 100% will be back !!!"
