"The wifi did not work, the whole stay. They have two hotels and you have to check-in at one even if you are staying at the other. It offered to be able to do your laundry, that’s why I booked it. When you go to use the washing machine, there is a sign that says you need to get tokens back at the other hotel. Really annoying. Nothing more annoying than the wifi issues. If you work from home or from the road, stay away from this place."

"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."
