“Great value for money”

Great hotel in a great location, bought as a last minute special (2 days before). Hotel accommodated an early check-in. We got a free upgrade. We ate on the streets nearby, not in the hotel. All hotel staff was very helpful except travel desk which tried to sell their own tours.

“Good hotel”

Good standard of hotel. Location is ok but not at the best end of Bukit Bintang that said I would still recommend this property for its quality and convenience to shops and restaurants. Jalan Alor (wide range of open air dining) is extremely handy.

“Will definitely go back! Cannot wait!”

This hotel is in the middle of KL Bukit Bintang, was absolutely amazing! Ranjit at the Concierge desk was an absolute champion! One of a kind! The service was great, staff were helpful and having stayed elsewhere I would not be going anywhere else! Have already planned my next trip!

“The Only Place To Stay In KL”

I love staying at The Royale Bintang! This was my 2nd trip and there definitely will be a 3rd! Friends of mine who were staying at The Sheraton and The Hilton were so jealous of the location. It is at the beginning of 'the only' massage and reflexology strip in KL. Everynight, I'd go for reflexology as late as 1am...and feel SAFE!!! Coffee shops and eateries at your doorstep; also open until 2 and 3am! A live band performs nightly infront of B B Plaza (2 mins from the hotel) where a couple of hundred people gather and everyone is so well behaved! As for the hotel; the best 'Roti' chef at breakfast. A wonderful selection of food and courteous staff. The pool area is lush with greenery and kept pristine at all times. The Saturday night (eat all you can )B'Bque Buffet around the pool is amazing and at less than $20 per person is a must! I have nothing negative to say about this hotel :)

“Easy access from KL Airport via Express train & Monorail ~ about A$13”

Centrally located in shopping district easy access to monorail etc. Although hotel breakfast very good and relatively cheap, try outside hotel.

“Value for money, will definitely stay here again”

Clean and comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price compared to other hotels in the same location. Located within walking distance from a number of major shopping malls and there's easy access to two monorail stations. A nice buffet breakfast is also provided.

“Will stay here again for sure.”

The Royale Bintang is in a fantastic location in KL for bargain shopping as it is in the same block as multiple shopping malls. Basically within about 10 minutes easy walk you can be at any one of about 8 shopping malls/shopping centres. There are also many choices of places to eat from cheap to more expensive within a few minutes walk. The hotel is of a good quality and the staff are all very friendly. The only minor issue is that it is getting a little dated inside and out and in need of some cosmetic maintenance, but nothing major and the two rooms we had where very clean. On the street near the hotel in the evening it becomes a little seedy with a couple of places that offer massages during the day seeming to become places that offer massages+ during the evening. No big deal though and it is a busy street so there's no problem for passers by and if you're walking as a family as we where you don't get bothered and we went out until after the shops close at 10:00PM with no problem at all. Overall an excellent location and a really good value place ot stay.
