The staff could not be more cordially, professional and have the utmost respect for the comfort of the guests. From front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning, technical staff, all have got the message about World Class Customer Service. They not only can spell it, they complete it everyday! This day 8 of a 36 night day. I only booked six nights to begin with and extended for the whole trip. Thank you

“Fantastic Hotel, I Want To Go Back!”

Hotel was fantastic very helpful staff, very clean and comfee room, food was fantastic, factilities were very good also. Worst thing about the hotel was that local Taxis did not know the hotel and only really knew the standard Park Royal and not the service suits. But overall fantastic stay and would highly recomend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting KL.

“2 pools and 2 spas overlooking twin towers”

Choice of 2 swimming pools and 2 spas with views to Twin towers. Rooms lovely and large enought that you actually want to go back and have a drink and relax without feeling caged in. Very central to the best shopping and dining out and service was fantastic. I would definately choose to stay here again.

The hotel was awesome and the staff were very friendly and great always ready to assist. Not to forget the concierge staff as well who were always ready to meet and greet whatever time of the day it was. GREAT work Park Royal staff.

Excellent in service ad hospitality. Good house keeping and perfect accessibility to the city center. I was expecting to see a more luxury lobby with service for the guests while they are waiting for taxi to pick up, but it did not change my mind about this hotel after I did not find that much comfort in lobby.

“Great stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites”

Excellent hotel. Staff, very freindly and helpful. Had some minor problems with TV and WiFi access which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Room was very comfortable, quiet and facilities top class. Whole atmosphere of hotel was very relaxed and pleasing. For the money paid this was well worth every penny. Would stay at this hotel again without hesitation and would recommend for any type of visit.

“Good place for short or long stays”

The suites are extremely comfortable, with well thought-out facilities. It's situated on the edge of Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang area, with easy walks to most of the major areas in the city centre. Nearest Monorail stop is Raja Chulan, and it's only 5 minutes from there, although you do have to cross a busy road.

“HAPPY”

We stayed at the studio suite for 5 nights, though it's the cheapest room, it's really spacious, the design is modern, bed is comfortable. The reception staff is very friendly and professional. Internet is fast, location is excellent. Can't fault anything. it's really good value. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommended !!
