“great stay”

first time been there and lost in way to get the lift to hotel lobby. overall is great location and great stay.

“Serious problems with room keys”

When i got back to my room by mistake i went to the wrong room, and guess what? The key opened the door, i found a different room I was shocked, which means another key could open my room!!!
