"The 2 bedroom villa accommodated our family of 6 perfectly. Having a kitchen and laundry in the room was great. The garden view was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool on the vacation club side of the property was nice and not very crowded. The beach front pool area was amazing! You can rent cabanas and bungalows for the day from 8-5 (tip: they are 1/2 price if you reserve half way through the day if there are any left). Once you’re poolside or beachside make sure to check in at the window so you get a wristband so the staff knows you are a hotel guest. You can order food and drinks from the poolside restaurant. That was amazing! You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf boards. All of the staff we encountered were very welcoming, polite and tentative. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kauai. We will definitely be back!"

"Clean condo, ac worked great, amazing view as soon as you open the front door to the ocean. Highly recommend! And you get to watch the surfers and turtles! Great snorkeling around the corner at Lawai beach and to finish the day off with save ice across the street at the little hut! Definitely will be staying here again!"

"We were upgraded to a partial oceanviewroom from the one webooked. Beautiful condo, 1 bedroom. Very nice. Not much beach, but large lawn area for watching surf. Property could have put a kid AND an adult pool close to thebeach area so one doesnt have to go across street to use the pool"

"Everything about our stay in Kauai was magical, including this condo. Most of my interactions were with Diane, the property manager and she was awesome. She was super friendly and provided tips of places to go and things to see.The condo is just as advertised. They are equipped with everything you need particularly to enjoy the beach. They have chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand pails and 2 boogie boards. The condo was clean and you cannot beat the views! During our week stay we saw a pod of dolphins swim by on two mornings between 7-8am. You can go down to the pool deck virtually any day in the afternoon and within 10-15 minutes spot sea turtles swimming in the surf.Speaking of turtles, right next to the condo in Poipu beach, you can find turtles resting on the shore each night starting around 5pm. About 30 minutes away to the west at Salt Pond Beach we saw monk seals sunning on the beach. If I had two minor nitpicks (not anything that would stop me from staying here again) is the water pressure in the shower is fairly weak, making it take longer to wash long hair and clean up from the beach. Also we did find a roach but they were actively treating the condo for pests, and one roach was not an issue for us.I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Stay here and you’ll have a wonderful time!"

"I have stayed at this property on and off for over 30 years. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We are a family of 5 and the suite worked perfectly for our family. The room was clean and we had a great view from our balcony."

"I have stayed here several other times. The location is great. The condos are nice. There was a policy change to only one towel per person, which is inconvenient because the place to get a new towel is open 8:30 am - 5 pm at one location in a large property, so you have to plan getting a towel into your schedule. The description was "ocean view" but since it was on the first floor, there wasn't much of an ocean view, so I was disappointed. Otherwise, the condo was in great condition, decorated nicely, and had chairs, snorkles, coolers, and boogie boards."
