"Everything about our stay was great. Breakfast was good, rooms were always cleaned, beds were comfortable, air was cold, enough charging spots, loved the double bathroom, staff was AMAZING, parking was a little tight but maybe because it shared a parking lot with another hotel."

"We had to turn the refrigerator off because it was making a lot of noise. The room was adequate & clean. Our Blackjack dealer was sick: She was very chatty, then told us she had this horrible headache. Then had to leave abruptly because she said she lost her sight & could not see the cards. I hope she was not having a stroke. Anyway, I told her she needed to go see a doctor."

"I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I accidentally entered the wrong date when booking my hotel stay through Expedia. As soon as I realized the mistake, I attempted to cancel the reservation. I had also purchased the hotel protection plan and believed I would receive assistance or a refund. A representative was polite and tried to help me, but after that I never received any follow-up communication. I did not receive a phone call, email, or text message regarding the status of my request. As a result, I lost $133 for a hotel stay that I never checked into. I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed and that the protection plan did not provide the help I expected. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and it has caused me to lose confidence in using Expedia for future bookings. I would appreciate a review of my situation and an explanation of why a refund was not provided."

"It was an okay place. The carpet was dirty, the toilet didn't flush easily, the TV menu didn't work. It would of been nice to have complementary bottle waters with the coffee maker to make coffee. The breakfast was okay. I was expecting a nicer place for the 9.0 review through Expedia. Good thing we only needed a place to sleep for one night while driving through."
