"I rented this place for a month for my family and we were not disappointed. Really one of the best places to stay in Ho'olei. The view from the Lanai is incredible and the place comes with 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and plenty of beach towels great for going to any beach. The pool area in the community is great with a gym and two big jacuzzis and waterfalls. The only thing I would improve is the downstairs bedroom's bathroom's water pressure and shower. "We had a wonderful time at Halama House-it is exactly as advertised. Being able to walk a few steps to the beach each night for the sunsets was wonderful and being able to sit on the lanai and eat even with the wind blowing was a plus. The house is large, had comfortable furniture, a well equipped kitchen with plenty of supplies and we never felt crowded. The kids loved their "private pool".They have lots of beach toys but the beach chairs were locked up and we didn't think soon enough to ask...

"This is one of those special properties that makes the trip easy and memorable for all. We loved the pool, especially when the sun was out the kids wanted to be there all the time. Great kitchen, yard is fun to explore for little ones (mango tree, lots of lizards), and foosball in the garage a great added touch. Tamara was a great host and allowed us to check in early afternoon since our flight was early. Overall incredible experience and we hope to return very soon!"

"The house was perfect for my family of 8!! Loved the back patio for our morning coffee and the hot tub was a nice touch in the evenings. A short walk to the beach and the house included a wagon, chairs and umbrellas! The older kids enjoyed the short walk to local restaurants and pubs near by. Everything was as listed. Great price and great location."

"Clean, modern condo on a great location. Beautifully kept grounds. There’s a putting green right outside the back door and it’s only a few more steps to the pool and beach. Easy and open parking. Air conditioners worked great and we were never hot. Everyone we met at the resort was very friendly. Looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed a week of relaxation on Maui in this gorgeous house. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well equipped for prepare meals. Our only minor complaint was there was no shade for the patio, as the umbrella did not open, that was tough for Nana who needed a break from the sun. We enjoyed the most amazing sunsets!! We also saw turtles and whales right from the beach."
