I had a severe case of mildew/mold sickness the night and day after my stay. Staff was excellent, room was spotless, but the AC unit was definitely pumping Mold into my room all night. I’d hate not to come back but it ruined my weekend. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they were very considerate and promised the manager would reach out to me. Could have been a victim of a bad AC unit but it’s hard to tell. Otherwise a nice property.

I really enjoyed my stay here, property, facilities, and my hotel were clean and very nice. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were breathable. I would stay here again. Also, the location is very convenient as Key Largo is a half hour away from Islamorada. Lots of dining options!

So enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Key Largo! Loved the peacefulness of sitting on our private patio overlooking the canal and watching all the pelicans and boats. The hot tub was awesome and the grounds were beautifully landscaped with all sorts of interesting lizards and birds. The gift shop was small but very reasonably priced. The Tiki hut by the pools extremely relaxing and the bartender made great Pina Coladas. Would definitely stay here again..

The ground floor rooms near the pool area need updating. Was noisy and room was unattractive. We asked to be moved to the second floor with a balcony and was accommodated. The second floor was quiet and pleasant. Nice view from the balcony over looking the water.

We arrived at 1:00 pm. The hotel appeared completely empty. But they said they didn’t have a room available till 3:00. I doubt that was true. I got the impression they were just being mean. We had two small dogs with us. They said we could wait at pool area. We sat down at the bar and the bartender was not very friendly and told us dogs weren’t allowed at pool. I got an ice tea but before my husband could order the bartender took off. By the time he came back we had decided to leave the hotel. We believed it wasn’t going to be a good time and even lost the $280 we paid to stay. Not a nice or friendly place.

What a beautiful tropical pool area. With entertainment. Beautiful flowering trees. Waterfall cascading into the pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel. One problem. We had to leave. I even made friends with pool side iguanas!

Quick stay with the family as we went through the Keys. Loved the marina facing room, the pool, and the restaurant on the water located right behind the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, great pool nice tiki bar. Family friendly. Staff at front desk not rude but not very welcoming either. Young Tiki bar bartender was super rud, his actions seemed personal not sure why. Not sure what his name is. Housekeeping could do better.. only changed the sheets, everything else was left dirty. Some kind of mini ant problem in the bathroom by the sink because there were always a bunch, and a lot of the paint was chipped in the bathroom mirror area. Phone did not work.

The hotel was nice, but in desperate need of some upgrades. We opted for an upgraded king room with marina view and balcony. Views were nice, but not worth the price they charged. Bathroom door hinges were rusty and when I husband shut the door, we couldn't get it open. We struggled for a couple minutes to get it open. Pool with tiki bar was nice and convenient. Hotel needs a better attention to detail. We were on the first floor and on our final day, it had rained in the morning and the water poured down from the second floor flooding our balcony.

It was very noisy and the bar tenders were rude and just nasty attitude, the hotel check in was not great and didn’t feel welcome at all, the fact that the only breakfast was a $16 buffet was not great option and The drink prices were outrageous for a holiday inn bar I paid less down the road

Nice hotel! The property and rooms are clean and comfortable though a little dated, things are rusting. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, so they lost a point for that but definitely recommended and we will come back to stay again.
