"Location 5/5, literally 5 mins from airport - shuttle free and every 30 minutes Staff - 2/5, blunt, not welcoming (no hello, not paying attention, shuttle drivers let guests load their own suitcases instead of helping) Internet 2.5/5 - 8Mb/sec, ok to use… why is hotel internet mostly so bad? Room 4/5 - very clean, good matress and pillows. Fridge and aircon not working when we were there Overall light and shadow. To hotel management - PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR STAFFS FRIENDLINESS! Also provide faster Internet, its embarrassing for Germany and to present ourselves like this to the world (we are not a third world country)."

"I was impressed by how large the property is! The staff is very helpful, the room was modern and well-kept. The shower was perfect, and the bed quite comfy. The shuttle bus was prompt, clean, and safely driven. It was confusing where we were dropped off, but maybe I was told that and my non-existent ability to speak German once again let me down. Good job, airport hotel!!"

"Location was our main issue. It is next to the airport, but depending on the terminal a very long walk. We couldnt find a safe way to walk (we arrived after 11pm), because it is less than 5 mins in a taxi (but 35min + to walk) a mainstream taxi driver refused to take us and eventually wanted 20 Euros flat fee. I know this isn't right, but was too tired to argue. In the end we took an uber for around 9 Euros. The Uber pick up point was a walk in the opposite direction of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely fine. Soulless place, but very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent."
