"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well appointed.
Bread, juice, condiments, tea and coffee, milk, bread spreads and cereals were supplied and generously so."
"Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again "
"Whilst the reception staff upon arrival where fantastic, we were advised of several access point closures meaning we had to cart luggage through the deck and dining room then up stairs. Quite difficult with luggage.
Further, to leave we had to go an even longer way out with another flight of stairs as the reception and dining area is locked on Sundays.
Luckily I was able to help my Mum with her luggage and weather was fine but very disappointed at the lack of up keep and access. "

It was everything we were looking for …light and airy, exceptional level of cleanliness throughout, a well-equipped and over-stocked kitchen with personal touches from the lovely hosts included. Our hosts, Trish and Rod were friendly and attentive to our...
"Awesome views in a reasonably quiet area.
All you need with a decent size room. However there are a few things to bear in mind. We were there for 4 days in March and the sun beats down and heats the room up very quickly through the awesome panoramic windows.
The really poor thing is we ran out of water twice. My wife was in the shower at 0830 and had just put conditioner in her hair and absolutely no water what so ever. The same problem happened w days later. Not good and the only reason we...

"Should have a grab rail in the shower, possibly one even on the side of the toilet.
Otherwise, was very clean, comfortable and with all the expectations of a hotel room."
