"We had a great 2 day stay. Staff were wonderful. Spa was very relaxing. We loved the pool and sauna area. Breakfast was great, but dinner our first night wasn’t great. We ran into another guest who had stayed long term who said that was the worst night of food she’d experienced so maybe it was just an off night. The 2nd night we ate off property and had an incredible experience. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend. "

"Wonderful old hotel with modern spa, pool, and sauna facilities. Our Superior Room was a good size with a view over the courtyard and down the Main Street of Karlovy Vary. Staff were very helpful - English was well understood, as was Czech, Russian and Polish - and the buffet breakfast was plentiful with ample choice. Valet parking was easy. But mainly, the hotel is stately and the lobbies, corridors, restaurants and bars are bars are beautifully decorated and well maintained. "

"We mistakenly thought this apartment block had a swimming pool. It does not. However a good place to stay close to the middle of a very beautiful town. Perfect for the World Cup triathlon weekend. "

"The hotel is very nice, clean, kept in good condition. The rooms are big, the beds are not very comfortable. The spa is very clean with the nice swimming pool. The restaurant is clean, but the food served specially at dinner time is not so good."

"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must. You are walking distance from the center. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower. Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like...

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"It was a great stay. Rooms are good and beds are comfy. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Only limitation is parking. We got there quite late and almost couldn't fit our car in their space. Service staff at the desk was quite helpful on identifying sites and best routes to walk down to the touristic areas and to help us schedule massages"
