1. Parking. $25/night & not enough spaces, so sold out & we had to park elsewhere.
FrontDesk suggested public lot around corner, however lot has "No Overnight Parking/Tow Zone 2am-5am" signs everywhere. Then they suggested we pay for parking in the hotel across the street's lot.
2. Resort fee charged to my card in addition to cost of room, but can't say why - Not a resort, but just a normal hotel. No resort amenities.
No breakfast/coffee included in room, no coffee maker, but was cart in parking lot where you could buy coffee.
3. Location. Pro & Con. Close to restaurants & stores but on a main road that is loud: Car alarms, honking, yelling, & music blaring. Closing the doors and turning the fan on high muffled the street sound enough to sleep.
Lot of noise coming from people at the pool, however the pool closed at a reasonably early hour.
4. Bathroom. Water pressure low, shower head leaking from back. Shower handle loose /not tightly secured to wall.
Outside of tub plastic edging had line of brownish funk, made the otherwise clean bathroom feel dirty.
Large soap bottles that are refilled, so that seemed eco- friendly. Hopefully bottles are sanitized since reused by every guest.
5. Minifridge in room, but full of ForSale item so not usable.
6. Hotel sent email offering late checkout, however when I clicked to see the details/cost, it said late checkout was Not available. Why send an email offering something just to then say the offer isn't available?
