“Almost perfect luxury commuter hotel”
Located diagonally across from the Sandton Gautrain station is very convenient. The hotel is very luxurious and classy. However, there are four minor annoyances--major construction on one side (not noisy, just a jarring sight), reception is on the third floor which can only be reached from the parking garage elevator of a street level proxy entry, and there is a large an busy intersection to cross to get to the Gautrain station. All in all it's a really good hotel.

WE REALLY LOVED THE HOTEL.CHECKING IN WAS A CHALLENGE BECAUSE SIGNAGE AND INFO AS TO WHERE TO GO WAS NON EXISTENT. THE ROOM WAS GREAT . I LOVED THE EXQUISITE FEEL OF THE BEDDINGS AND THE GENERAL AMBIENCE OF THE ROOM AND FACILITIES.
“Beautiful Raddison Blu”
The reviews and pictures on the hotel's website are accurate. It is a lovely designed hotel with modern ammenities and a wonderful staff. It is conviently located across the street from the Gautrain which can take you to the airport, Pretoria, Rosebank mall, etc. It is also very a very short walk away from Mandela Square. There is also a free hotel shuttle which can take you or pick you up from places within a 3 km radius. It came in handy when I was caught in the rain while out for dinner one evening. My friend and I did not try the food at the restaurant located onsite but it is a very beautiful retaurant with great menu options. You won't be disappointed with this hotel choice.
“Modern, Service and Environmentally Friendly”
The hotel is absolutely exquisite. The staff is ultra professional and pleasant. It is conveniently located across the street from the Gautrain rail, which is only a 15 minute, much less expensive option than a 45 minute car ride. It is also across the street and a one block walk away from Mandela Square and the shopping mall. The decor is upscale, modern and clean. They host lots of business clients, have a well thought out overall design to the entire hotel including the workout room, and they are eco friendly with card key holders that turn out the lights when you leave your room. However, the pool is used more for viewing and having pool side business chats than swimming. This was an unexpected disappointment. Another downside is if you are looking for a complete escape from work lounging in the beautifully appointed lounge areas, which are plentiful, is probably not what you want to do. Given that the clientele is decidedly business focused you will be surrounded with "company" chat within earshot. Certainly not the best way to completely escape even if the chatting is not about your company.
“Excellent stay in Johannesberg”
Excellent location just opposite the Gautrain station. This station also has a direct train from airport which is very convenient. The staff v friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I was here for only one night and enjoyed the stay. Free wifi. Particular mention is for the concierge staff who were very kind to mail my camera to me which I left here by mistake.

very easy to get to from the airport. clean, cozy, modern, and very good food. Staff is friendly, and service is excellent. But please don't expect ESPN or HBO on TV.
“Radisson Blu Gautrain - Santon”
Great location if you need to be in Sandton are, only 15 minutes from (JNB) OR Tambo airport by the Gautrain, then literally 50 m across the road from the train station, no need for a taxi at all. Good quality Radisson Blu hotel, suitably priced and excellent quality. Within five minutes wal is Nelson Mandela Square which offers a large selection of resturants and take-away, as well as the largest shopping mall in Africa.

“Sandton's Great Room”
The room in this hotel was great a good taste of comtemporary design! However didn't spend much time at the common areas as the all seem to be too open and intouch with the reception. Overall it was a great experience and would recommand it to others.
