"Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views.
