Bathrooms out of order so if you checked out then are breakfast you are out of luck no place to go to bathroom staff didn’t care , they said they would get me an Uber for 4:30 but never did and had to get my own making me an hour behind.

The check in process was horrible, we got there at 3:20 and we waited in line in the lobby for over 2hours before getting a room that was not ready and cleaned. They changed our room but there was no towels ready. They gave the same room to someone else and they walked in on us in the room. Terrible check in process.

Awful customer service. Waited 2 hours with other customers to get checked in because rooms were not ready by 3pm. Truly terrible experience. Caused us to miss part of a concert we travelled to attend. Will not stay there again.

Very clean, safe area to walk to restaurants lots of choices to eat, the breakfast was excellent not your ordinary cheap contentinal type, fresh eggs make your own waffles, sausage, yogurt juices, coffee tea. If I come back to stay before going on the Royal Caribbean cruise I will stay her at this Beat Western
