It was a perfect spot location-wise for everything we were doing on our trip. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were enjoyable. If I had to say anything negative I'd that the pool is not very big but the hot tub was enjoyable. And maybe have additional creamer options with the coffee? Overall we would definitely stay there again.

We were charged 50 dollars for one dirty wascloth my son left on the sink trying to clean his shoes. We hung up all wet towels and left unused one folded as they were and we bagged up our on trash. Management refuses to speak with me becaue they are ",never there" night or day. The receptionist said there was vomit all over the sink whic we wiped down amd they had to throw the entire bathroom contents oit. Be sure to take pictures when you check out.

Sorry about the inconvenience. Upon investigation we find out more then one towel were bad with mud stains all over. I know that you need to clean the shoes and we always expect our guest to respect the property, you could have ask for rags or old towels from front desk instead of using guest room new towels. For courtesy sake we refunded the charges back to your card.

First off I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I was charged a 100 cleaning fee because my kid got sick on the cover. The towels were stained with blood and they tried to say it was us. Most of the arcade games didn’t work. The pool is very slippery and my kids almost got hurt. PLUS ON OUR LAST NIGHT I FOUND A ROACH ON THE WALL IN THE HALLWAY! please beware!

Property is quite, not in a busy area. Plenty of food options within 5-10 mins. Small pool but was nice.

The hotel staff and owner was very polite The heater in our room didn’t work. The staff quickly change our room to the one next-door where it works. The beds were so hard my back hurt so bad I was up at 2 o’clock in the morning and so was my husband we couldn’t sleep because of the bed was so hard pillows were soft the room stunk we couldn’t even use the pool until after 4 o’clock and the chlorine snow was so bad we couldn’t even swim, I will never stay there again

Don't Hesitate....Book this Hotel!!!
We booked this hotel for a one night stay while in town for a gymnastics meet. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We booked the two queen beds with the hardwood flooring rather than carpet. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was small, but it was perfect for my kiddos. The hot tub was perfection as well. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we need a place to stay in Jasper. Thank you for the wonderful night away!

Very nice motel slightly strange location
The motel is very nice very well kept clean everything was comfortable they are right on it when you needed anything great breakfast selections nice little snack bar. It had it all!

They have Alcohol drinks , Sodas and hot pockets in the lobby. In a factory manufacturing industrial environment area and Dealerships all around. Not noisy at all. We have stayed at this property 2021 during a travel basketball tournament. They have cleaned up the property a lot and for the stay the price is well worth it. Property and rooms are very clean and are very well maintained. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON HOLIDAY INN OR COMFORT INN. I’m not kidding this is the good spot hidden and secluded if you’re looking for a nice quiet place. $75 night Sat 7 Jan 24. Good place to eat near by Legacy Steakhouse just 2-3 minutes down the road. We had 4 guest ate Steaks Salmon Buffett Pizza, Cheese curds Brachetta Crustini , Old fashions ,Beer ,and Wine only cost us $102 so very well priced. Breakfast is Eggs Biscuits And Gravey , yogurt , Waffles and Crapes, warm syrup, cereal, orange juice apple juice , bagels , coffee , Milk , half and half. Pool and Hot tub is a little small but hey what hotel do you know has a hot tub and keeps it very well maintained…. Towels stocked to the max! Fitness room was open, looked welcoming but I’m a fatty so I was not going in because I already did my exercise walking up the stairs to my room hahahahahhaha but it was a fitness room. They have arcade games in the middle of the hotel it was like the Crainclaw type of games along with ice vending machine.

Good service stay here!
I was very impressed with their service, and they have extra services other hotel don't offer. There pool had a great temperature and was very clean. Over all very impressed and happy!!

Very clean. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Room was a little tight for a family of 4 (all adults, more or less) and a dog; however, it was a good price. Adequate breakfast. good place for next stay in Jasper.

This hotel was clean, pretty comfortable and budget friendly. The breakfast was great as I wasn’t expecting hot food. The staff were helpful. It was very convenient to attractions in Jasper and Santa Claus.

The facility it self is very welcoming when you come in! However this hotel said it was pet friendly. So that means they only have four rooms that are pet friendly. Unfortunately the room we were assigned is extremely smelly (like cat urine) and little torn apart. Definitely would not recommend if you are traveling with a pet. Other than the smell, no complaints.

Was ok. Neighbors were very loud, vehicles near room were loud. Seemed like walls weren't very well insulated. Didn't seem like a lot of guests, wish they'd have put an empty room between us... lots of door slamming. Didn't sleep well
