Other than the weather, we couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Sea Cabins. Check and check out was super smooth. Unit was also clean upon arrival. Great experience.

i came for my bachelorette trip just me & 3 other girls and we had such an amazing time! the condo was so cute. the views were great and the beds were so comfy! and there’s so much in walking distance it was perfect! we didn’t drive anywhere. the only thing is the shower didn’t drain fast at all so we were kinda just standing in a pool of water by the end of the shower. but overall i loveeedddd it & definitely will be coming back!!!

Comfortable with good view of ocean and convenient access to restaurants, the Windjammer for live music, and groceries. End unit on third floor was quiet. Perks included private parking and coded access to beach and pier. As listed, the unit is on the smaller side and stairs only for luggage toting.

Great apartment!
My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Sea Cabin #331. Stayed there a week. The place was in great shape and very clean. Modern bathroom and kitchen area. A great view of the ocean and pier. A lot of cookware and such for those who would want to cook while there. The cook in my family told me she was on vacation. Nicely furnished and charming. Plenty of towels and supplies. I could have packed way less for the trip. The host, John Beall, was pleasant and available when needed. Plenty of parking available, and places to eat within easy walking distance I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks!!

Beautiful view!
Nice, clean condo provided with all your needs. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Comfy beds. Wonderful deck to view ocean with private access to a beautiful beach. Close enough to restaurants and night life but far enough away for quietness. Just remember there are 3 flights of stairs with no elevator.

We loved staying here where it was quiet and driving in to Charleston during the day then having a peaceful place to come back and rest and hear ocean waves in the evenings.

Perfect little spot
We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms and this condo was the perfect home base! It is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed is comfy and the view is amazing!! great location
The condo was a perfect size for me and my husband and had everything we needed. there were several restaurants within walking distance an the beach was great for a morning or evening walk. Charleston is just a short drive away and has lots of things to do and see.

We had an amazing restful time at the beach this past weekend. This is our 2nd time staying in this same unit. It’s very organized, clean, spacious, and beautifully located right at the beach with a spectacular view all times of the day. The communication was very thorough and quick response. The property is right on the beach! It was clean and well maintained. It is small but for 2 people or 2 adults and 2 small kids or maybe 1 bigger kids it would fine. It is bigger than a hotel room. It was nice to have a balcony to sit outside.

The condo was very clean with plenty of towels. Bed linens were also nice. It looked as though it had been updated recently and well cared for. Literally steps from the beach. I would most definitely recommend.

Amazing property. I’ve stayed at many rentals local and internationally and this is one of the best. It’s a bit pricey but so worth it especially considering the balcony. Host is incredibly responsive and willing to help out however possible. Bedroom is a bit tiny but the bed is so comfy and the rest of the place is spacious enough to walk around. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our first time in Charleston so amazing

Great Condo on the Beach!
The property listing is exactly what you get. A great place for a small family to enjoy the beaches of Isle of Palms! There is also a very nice pool and outdoor area the Kida and Adults loved. Parking is inside the perimeter of the complex, so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. Also within easy walking distance are several very good restaurants. You can’t go wrong with a stay here!

Great stay in this third floor end unit condo. It is located at the top of the stairs by the driveway that you enter in. The AC was perfectly set when we arrived and we thoroughly needed as we weren’t used to the SC humidity. The pier was accessible with a code that was an awesome perk! We even stayed under the pier when on the beach to gain shade. Some people put hammocks under the pier which looked cool! Location is ideal. We walked nearby to restaurants and the grocery store. The parking lot is large, so did not have trouble finding a spot in the summer. My 14-year-old son liked sleeping in the top bunk with the curtain drawn. The bed was comfortable too. Overall, a great stay and would recommend this condo!

This place was perfect! Great communication from the property owner. Beautiful view, clean unit, updated, and comfortable. Plenty of parking on site. Easy to get to the beach, pool, and plenty of restaurants. This place is a gem! We plan to come back with grandkids!

The interior cleanliness was not the best. Dishes were still in the dish washer apon arrival. The exterior light to the balcony did not work which make it difficult to see at night when gather items and re entering the unit. The shower did not drain well at all and about 5 mins of showering the water became ankle deep. Me and my partner weren't a little surprised how small the unit was compared to the internet pictures which wasnt a issue because we do not have children but privided we had children would of been a inconvenience. Over all we enjoyed our stay I feel like for the price of the unit it would be in good working order and clean at a minimum not to mention updated. Overall I give it 3/5 may or may not stay again.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience at our Sea Cabin. We strive for 5 star experiences for all our guests, and we have had many happy renters over the years. We have a maintenance team available at all times for any problems during a stay. We will change the light bulb and check the drain in the shower. We get lots of sand in the tub from guests who don't rinse off before showering. The cleaning crew will make sure to unload the dishwasher before guests arrive. All Sea Cabins are the same size=-approximately 500 sf and all have about the same layout. This is a very updated clean unit with excellent views. We hope guests look at all our reviews before making a decision on renting. John/ Property Manager

Wonderful Beach Week!
The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos, great location to the beach, and restaurants. John made the check in process, very simple, he also allowed us to check in early, which was so much appreciated! Would recommend, the corner unit was great, and being on the third floor, there was nobody above you, we had a fantastic view of the beach, and it was a short walk across the parking lot. Father’s Day Getaway
The 3rd floor unit was very clean and spacious for my husband and myself. The modernized space had a wonderful sliding glass door that opened up to a clear view of the ocean. The beds and couch was comfortable. Plenty of kitchen tools needed even though we didn’t cook much. Very well organized and plenty of toiletries for our need while staying there. We travel multiple times a year there and will definitely be staying at the unit again. John was very responsive to all my questions.

When we arrived, we had a slight malfunction with the door lock. We contacted the host, and he brought a new lock over and installed it within minutes. Our stay was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had two adults and a 3 and 5 year old, and it never felt cramped. My kids loved the bunk beds, and I liked that this unit had a safety bar across the top bunk. Very clean.

Wonderful IoP Stay
This condo is in a perfect location - very short walking distance to a grocery store and nearby restaurants. The drive was short to Charleston and nearby attractions. The beach was great for a stroll to admire the beautiful homes on the island or for a solid morning run. Views and sounds from the balcony were great.

Stay for the view!
Definitely recommend. We had a great stay and loved the proximity to the beach and great restaurants. The unit renovation was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. By far, the best part was the view from the condo. The facility and pool was well maintained and clean. Would recommend some Keurig pods and coffee setup items for short term renters. Thanks for a lovely stay.
