"Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."

Fire alarm was triggered at 11pm and 4am due to someone vaping in the toilets but the staff were really quick and resolving the issue. Lots of complimentary breakfast available. "Delightful host Jules and wonderful property - our room was beautifully decorated with en suite bathroom facilities. We booked room only and this worked out really well for us. Breakfast a short walk to Truffles met our needs and there are lots of other places to eat locally. Jules told us that although she will not be offering breakfast she will be providing hampers for guests soon - we will definitely be returning for her excellent hospitality. It made our trip. "
