"My wife and I were in town for a graduation party. The host communication was great and timely. The property was close to major roadway for being able to get around quickly. The house was is good condition and was very comfortable. You can see where updates are taking place in the house but it wasn’t messy at all from construction. We very much enjoyed the house."

"What a perfect weekend get-a-way! The house was spacious, the master bed was super comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything that we needed and more! We enjoyed the fishing and the screened-in area to play pool. We loved seeing the turtles, dolphins, and boats go by. The area was quiet and peaceful and made for a relaxing weekend."

"This house was fantastic! It served or needs perfectly and ended up being 3 blocks from the wedding reception venue. The house had other little amenities we weren't expecting that came in handy ... Iron and ironing board, wine bottle opener, and a pack & play for the baby. Check in and out was a breeze ... Thank you so very much for the stay!!"

"This place is the most amazing place to stay in Victoria. I'm from Victoria and moved to Houston and always stay in hotels. But I will not be doing that ever again. The quiet and beautiful scenery, the duck ponds, the atmosphere, is all peaceful. The cabin was decorated so CUTE! Everything was provided from pots, dish ware, cooking utensils and silverware. A tv in both bedrooms with and the living room. You can't beat the price and also the proximity to downtown. I could not recommend this...

"The Pelican House is a great location, on a quiet street and is located a few blocks from the beach. The bed is comfortable. The house has everything you need besides your food and drinks. It is clean and unless it’s foggy you have views of the water from the beautiful back porch (my favorite spot). The owners are pet friendly and the Wi-Fi is great. Love this place so much we have stayed here multiple times"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our original count was 7 but sadly 2 women had to back out. We were 5 women between the ages of 60-87. There was so much room for all of us. The house has everything you need , coffee pot, etc... There was also lemonade for us in the fridge. If we had any problems our host, Tracy, was readily available. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Both of the nights we stayed there the main lobby gathering space was reserved for private parties, which was a bummer as we had planned to sit down there with our friends and watch the game. Would be better to reserve a private space for parties rather than the main gathering space that hotel guests really only have access too. Other than that, everything was good."
