"Everything was good except breakfast.
Breakfast was the worst.
Japanese breakfast was always sold out.
All breakfast was frozen and had to be heated in the microwave. It takes a long time to defrost and the frozen bread in the microwave is soggy.
There are only 2 western breakfasts and only the same 2 choices every day.
I want my breakfast money back. "
"Everything is fine, such as room is clean, amenity was great, but except breakfast.
I was so disappointed with breakfast choice. Actually, there is no choice. They serve us only Ramen. No coffee, no tea, no fruits...Moreover ramen soup was salty. After eating, I have to drink water a lot. Ramen is not propriate menu as a breakfast."
"Chose to stay in Ikebukuro for once instead of the usual hotspots like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location right next to escalators leading to the train station, options to eat nearby and decent sized room with space to actually open our suitcases, unlike other shoebox sized hotels in Japan where we've struggled to do barely that.
Also had an extra suitcase delivered via courier on our second day which they were more than happy to accept and advise us it had arrived when we came back to our...

Great place to stay in bustling location
"This is a great place to stay in an amazing location in Asakusa. There are so many shops, restaurants, and things to do in the immediate vicinity including the Senso-Ji Temple and Nakamise-dori Street, as well as the Kaminarimon district. I was worried we would be too far out of central Tokyo but that was not the case at all. Also great access to public transportation to get anywhere easily. The hotel is very nice and clean with great amenities. Luggage storage was provided as well as laundry facilities, restaurant, and other amenities on site. "

"Easy to get to from the airport, breakfast was yummy and worth the price, room was small, but it is big enough if you intend on being out all day and just using it to sleep. Would stay here again "

"Busy place but very quiet. Staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend staying there. Very convenient for rail transportation as Shinagawa station is 3 minutes walk. From there one can connect across the region. "
