“Worth a return trip”
Stunning and very relaxing hotel, great service apart from one or two waiting staff. Beware if you are a non smoker, guests do smoke in the rooms so I had to ask to be moved because the first two rooms I was shown stank of stale ciggy smoke. Which surprised me given it was 5* and a no smoking hotel. The food is excellent on the whole but avoid the Tanit pool bar (for food) as the grub is disappointing and pricey. The gym is decent enough (small but good equipment) and free, and although the spa isn't always free (depending on the package), it's very good value anyway. E.g. I had a 2.5 hour treatment package for 98 euro. You won't get a decent sea view unless you're in the more expensive rooms (i.e. Deluxe rooms are on the first floor so you can't see the sea that well!). Santa Eularia is within walking distant away and I didn's eat there but it's a nice clean town with decent restaurants.
“Lovely Hotel with great food”
We have been to Ibiza before but this hotel was way better than any others we have experienced in Ibiza. It's only three years old so everything is in great condition, we booked a Junior suite and it was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast buffets were fantastic, with a huge choice of foods, even ice cream! The current exchange rates of sterling to euros did not make this a cheap week but we really enjoyed it so we considered it worth it.
“The BEST hotel on the island”
I spent days researching hotels on Ibiza. This hotel is by far the best hotel on the island. Rooms are tremendous, hotel staff are incredibly helpful and English speaking. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The sea, other restaurants and entertainment are within a short walk (less than 4 minutes). I would spend a week or more at this hotel. wifi is not included at this hotel. 21 Euros a day.
“Can't recommend it highly enough”
Booked for 2 days and stayed four... What really made it stand out was the staff, exceptional on every level, genuinely friendly, attentive and fantastically efficient. Food has obviously improved as the dinner we had at the Med restaurant was some of the best I've ever had, especially the suckling pig and chocolate souffle with fresh mint ice cream. Extremely knowledgeable and entertaining waiters, accompanied by a fine wine list and lunch by the pool great too... recommend one of their fruit smoothies with Rum. Although closish to the town, a haven of tranquility, great pools and glorious setting, a perfect retreat if you've overdone it at home or in town. Didn't find the humidity a problem at all and would go back in a second. Only tiny thing I would recommend to the hotel is movies on demand.... CNN and BBC get pretty dull if you've sunburnt yourself! Go.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, BAD THE HOTEL CLIENTS SHOULD HAVE SOME DISCOUNT FOR THE THALASSA AND SPA(IT IS DIFFRENT COMPANY).

Excellent hotel with very good service and really good support from the staff. The rooms are confortable and it has everything you need when you want to have a very relaxed trip.
“An alternative to Ibiza night life”
The hotel/resort had everything! The staff spoke english and understood the needs of American tourist. The food was great. Had spa treatments and hung out by the pool. The hotel was surprisingly kid friendly considering it is Ibiza. Would come back in a heartbeat and even bring our children

“Wonderful staff”
I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times the staff could not have been more helpful. The spa which costs 30 euros is a wonderful place to spend a day, the breakfasts are excellent with a huge choice of quality fresh food, every taste catered for. The service in the hotel is excellent.
“'fantastic'”
Cleaners were very thorough & quick when they came to do my room ( I happened to be in) Staff were generally polite & friendly. The hotel is set in a residential area so has a lovely calm feel that is not too close to a typical, busy tourist hotel. Although if you want to get to the busy areas such as Elvissa (Ibiza) town centre or San Antonio it is only a taxi ride away ... Would definitely consider going back sometime... Thanks N
