“Would definitely go back”
Just returned from this hotel and having read mixed reviews before we went. I went with an open mind along with my wife and 15 year old son and had a wonderful time. Hotel was spotless. Room was spacious - we even had a 3rd full size bed not a camp bed for my son. Food was fantastic with a good range of fresh salads and hot food dishes every day. (My wife's a fussy eater and even she found something she liked). There was entertainment mainly aimed at the Spanish but we joined in with the fun and had a great time. swimming pool was freezing but hey you can't have it all. I understand this hotel has been taken over by the Azurline group of hotels so I don't know if that's helped improve it.
“Great deal on decent beach”
Very pleasant surprise! For very little money, this hotel proved to be the best place we stayed on island. We had half board and meals were not gourmet, but decent and plentiful and price couldn't be beat. Beach only steps away and several shops, bars, and other restaurants within short walk. Parking not a problem--unlike capital and San Antonio hotels that claimed to have parking. Wish we had booked more nights here and forgotten about trying to stay closer to airport and big towns--the one day it rained on us, we actually drove back to area after seeing entire rest of island. The only thing better would have been a private villa on one of the northern coves with private beach.
“Not the best hotel”
The room I was given on arrival was on the 1st floor on the front of the hotel. All I heard whilst in my room was coaches under my window picking up or dropping off client. This was the main road. Could not hear the tv if door open. Asked for a change of room after 2 nights which I got. This was good. I was on an all inclusive basis but the food was not good in the restaurant. The snack bar during the day was lots better. Entertainment not very good. Hotel was a bit far from the town to go for a drink at night so ended up staying in hotel in an evening. I would definitely go all inclusive again but not to this hotel. The nearby beach was beautiful and very safe for children.
“Have been to better for the price.”
Hotel was ok, but would not return. Bed sheets to small and don't fit the beds so one turn over in the night and your on the mattress. We were half board so at meal times were were not allowed a drink with our evening meal, not even water unless we purchased one from the bar before we went to the dining room, we were not impressed with that! Every time we left the hotel there was a smell of sewage right by the main entrance. The food was ok, just!
“Really bad experience ever”
Hotel is too far from the city center, no internet acess in the rooms, breakfast is no much choice (opicions) the air condicion no working into the rooms. Rude staffs, no telefone acess into the room. Well 45 min from the town centre and no comunication. We feel like be in prision for no reasons....
