“Does what it says on the Tin!”
Not a hotel for the young and restless but a very good quality hotel for young families and more mature who don't mind naff hotel entertainment. Hotel offers all inclusive but there are many good restaurants in the town centre so wouldn't restrict yourself to the hotel in the evenings if you can help it. Lovely big, clean pool area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, hotel also has small indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Mostly English and Dutch holidaymakers stay at the hotel. Can hire a kettle for a deposit which you get back at the end of the week.
“Great for Families with young children”
I brought my mom to this resort hotel. For one, it IS beautiful! Definitely request a room with a balcony over the pool, because you get view of the pool and the sea! It's beautiful. Very resort-like. Very nice. And a GREAT price. Just know there will be daddies pushing babies in strollers some, but it's nice if you've got kids because they can swim comfortably in the pool, and they have entertainment for the kids, little games in the day and shows at night. It's a little walk to the beach, maybe 10 minutes, a nice walk though. There are grocery stores nearby if you don't want to do the inclusive option (we didn't and saved a ton of money). Find out what their food is first too if you decide to go all-inclusive. Also, it's a 30 euro taxi ride from the airport. Taking a bus is a hassle, took about 2 hours, you have to transfer in downtown Ibiza and connect to Santa Eulalia. For two of us it still costed 15 euros cause in the end we still had to taxi to the hotel. Hotel staff were awesome. There is only internet downstairs by the front desk. But this isn't a place you will want to spend your time on the computer!!! It's beautiful! Try to stay at LEAST 3 days, it's very relaxing and travelling is tiring! I definitely recommend.
“Lovely hotel, reasonable location”
A lovely hotel with great staff (particularly Enrique on night shift). The rooms are good and spacious with the location a 10 minute walk into the town centre.
“Great resort great hotel”
the hotel was very clean there were plenty of sunbeds and umberella's the staff were helpful and pleasant the location was ok a bit of a walk to the main resort but this didn't bother us, the apartment was a bit on the small side but it was functional as long as you were tidy, we would go back to this hotel
“A very enjoyable break”
Nice, clean hotel and staff pleasant and helpful. A bit of a walk to the central area, but a pleasand enough walk. Rooms well equipped and clean. I enjoyed my stay, but doubt if it is really 4 stars.
“spacious rooms, great service”
Good service. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner could have more choices. Great location.
“Tropic Garden Hotel”
The hotel itself had a pleasing appearance and the entrance/passageways and general areas were pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was very good with lots of choices and plenty of food. The disappointment for us was the sleeping accommodation - Four a 4 star hotel, we found the bedrooms to be of no more than 2 star quality. The beds were rock hard and to be honest not of a standard one would expect of such a hotel. The bathroom area was also poor with a loose toilet pan and a shower with very little power. There was enough space in the room with the extra sitting area - although again a very uncomfortable settee; the balcony was lovely with a view over the pool. So whilst some good points to the hotel, I feel that the 4 star rating is too generous.
