I felt very safe there, the breakfast was really good I loved being able to basically have a yogurt bar! The room was nice too.

Room 211 is the worst room. Maintenance room next door and every hour a machine would turn on for 15-20 minutes. Bathroom shower glass doors would constantly move and when your wanting them to stay in a certain spot it would move. Toilet handle is tricky.

Staff was helpful at check in but not really hospitable. More like a good polite check in but nothing else. The FD staff on the afternoon night shift was extremely fast responding to requests we made like pillows and blankets and also greeted us when we returned from having dinner. Well done!

Heading in the wrong direction.
I have stayed at this hotel as many as 50 times. I stay there for the convenience, the comfort and the excellent staff. But have noticed a downward spiral in terms of the conditions of the facility. The backing is peeling off the mirrors in the bathroom. The shower doors rarely close easily and the drain cover was unsecured and a guest could hurt themselves on the sharp edges or by tripping on an uncovered drain hole. It just feels like it’s going in the wrong direction these past few years. I’ll stay there again but it’s time to start taking rooms offline and renovating as you go.
