“Best Hotel in Arkadelphia”

I have stayed twice and both times found Comfort Inn, Arkadelphia, AR very comfortable and affordable. Good place to stay while in Arkansas.

“hotel stay”

I reserved two rooms through Expedia and at check in the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel. After complaining to the clerk we were given rooms across from each other. The rooms were clean, but the pool was filthy and old. The outside of the hotel and the pool area should be cleaned & renovated.

“Not a bad hotel”

My only compalint is that the beds are HARD!! Service was great, breakfeast was good and always stocked.

“Only Fair”

Rooms need a good overall cleaning. They have been skimmed over for way too long. Non-smoking hotel but room smelled of cigarette smoke.

“Room damp with no ventilation”

The hotel itself was very easy to access from the freeway and centally located for all the day trips planned. In the room there was a vent fan in the bathroom but when a shower was taken all of the moisture stayed within the room and the room stayed damp through out the whole stay. The pool area needed to be cleaned because there were many bugs in the pool.

“Too far from Hotsprings”

I was not pleased at all with the location, structure of the building, the breakfast or the customer service. The orange juice tasted like kool aid, the eggs and sausge was half done and looked like process circles. I will not recommend anyone to stay there. The bathroom had mildrew on the caulk. My husband and I had an hour commute from there to downtown hotsprings twice a day. GAS IS TOO HIGH!
