Digital check-in option is convenient. - Receptionist not helpful upon check-in. - Front desk not occupied 24/7. - Tablet in room did not work during my stay. The tablet dock did not work either. - There was no portable fan in the room as stated in the list of room amenities. - The mini refrigerator in the room was not on in the room. It was off. - The bed side light was missing a light bulb. Parking garage available. - Parking garage parking spots are extremely narrow for a compact SUV or larger. - Infant crib not in room upon check-in after previously requesting it. - No elevator makes it difficult to move luggage up/down the stairs.

Nice stay
The Euler Hotel was a nice place to stay when our plans changed on our family trip. Nice staff, good amenities, clean room. Only thing is there is no elevator so be aware for reduced mobility needs.

Mooi hotel, super ontbijt. 1 minpuntje: er is geen lift en indien je op het tweede verdiep verblijft is dit niet voor iedereen makkelijk

Small, but clean & newly renovated rooms. Great location if you want to be close to downtown. Organization has room for improvement, specifically in regards to the parking-Garage (charged additionally!) and the reception. The IT-system wasn’t working at the time we were checking-in. Since the rooms have no physical key and only open with a key-code, we didn’t get the code for our room during check-in. Rather staff had to manually open the door to our room, and we got the code for the room parking garage only later. Unfortunately, when returning later in the evening, the provided code for the garage didn‘t work any longer. Apparently the code was changed during the last few hours, but the hotel-staff didn’t tell us. After ringing the bell at the garage, the reception opened the gate remotely, but didn’t give us the new code. As a result, we couldn’t enter the hotel directly from the garage, but rather had to walk around the building to the front entrance. The front entrance was closed (approx. 22:00), but since we didn’t have the new entry-code, we had to knock several times before the staff was finally letting us in. All in all an annoying experience….

Nice, updated and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Biggest downside is the way to and from the rooms, without lift, and the noise coming from the street ä.

C'est un réel plaisir de lire que cet aspect de ton séjour t'a marqué positivement.Concernant l'environnement bruyant, nous sommes conscients que les chambres côté rue peuvent être un peu plus animées, mais n'oublie pas que lors d'une prochaine visite, tu peux demander une chambre donnant sur la cour arrière, réputée pour son calme. Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno qui e in particolare la colazione era abbondante e varia (con anche carne hala) e le receptionist erano super gentili e disponibili. Ritornerei volentieri qui.

Persönlicher Check-in war extrem kundenunfreundlich. Mir wurde eine Parkplatznummer in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen. Diese war jedoch bereits besetzt und ich habe den daneben liegenden freien Parkplatz gewählt. Als ich dieses der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption mitteilte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich den Parkplatz unverzüglich wieder räumen müsste. Mir wurde ein anderer Parkplatz zugewiesen. Ich erwiderte, dass ich zunächst mein Zimmer beziehen möchte. Antwort: Das Auto müsse innerhalb der nächsten 20 Minuten umgeparkt werden, das sie es ungern abschleppen lassen würde. Da war ich doch sprachlos. Mein Gepäck musste ich in den 2. Stock tragen, da kein Aufzug vorhanden war. Das Restaurant war geschlossen, die Bar nicht besetzt und der Getränkeautomat im Living-Room außer Betrieb! Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.

Das Hotel und Räumlichkeiten sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Ventilator zum Lüften nicht zum kühlen. Im Badezimmer war es trotz intensiver Lüftung immer feucht und ein unangenehmer Duft. Die aufgehängten Handtücher wurden im Bad nicht trocken. Die sehr hellen durchsichtigen Abdunklungsvorhänge bringen nichts, wenn diese nicht mal bis zu den Ecken zugezogen werden können, so hell, ab 04:00 Uhr könnte man Zeitung lesen. Frühstück war einfach aber in Ordnung. Check-In und Parken ist sehr einfach mit Pincode. Schlüssel oder Karten werden nicht benötigt.

Alle drei Damen, Desiree und Isabel an der Rezeption sowie Sabine im Frühstücksraum, waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Ebenso der Hausmeister. Es hat uns außerordentlich viel Freude gemacht, in Eurem schönen Hause zu übernachten.
