Allegro Hoi An. A Little Luxury Hotel & Spa

"Everything about this property down to the fragrance on the towels linens is PERFECT. The staff remembered my name and room number and came to check on me and the other guests every morning at breakfast. The service here is unmatched. I really enjoyed my stay here - so much so that I extended my time there by a few days. The room was lovely and included a deep soaking tub and a balcony. The location is great - you’re far enough from the busy part that it’s not noisy but it’s very close by walking to many of the major spots. I also ordered room service and was impressed with how delicious, quick and fairly priced the items I ordered were. This place was my favorite place I stayed on my tour of Vietnam."

"Fantastic place to stay with lovely garden and pool area. Infinity pool looking over paddy fields. Stayed in club room with direct access to pool, was fantastic being able to step out to pool. Club rooms have separate breakfast area to classic rooms. Easy access into town. Fantastic stay"

"Clean, spacious room and washroom. Felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they had bacon so I’m happy.Felt it was a little bit out of the way, did not feel there were many shops around but then again I’m not very familiar with the area and they did have bicycles and there’s always grab to cycle down to old town. They also had shuttles from hotel to old town and to the beach."

"Great hotel with active street out front . If staying longer would look closer to the old town but value for money it’s only a nice 30 minute walk so not too much of an issue . The staff and facilities are good would recommend it as great value for money"

"Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!"
