"Quiet retreat to stay while also being within a walking distance from old town and local cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Vietnamese therapy massage in the spa was very relaxing and breakfast delicious with plenty of food choices. The pool is enjoyable after a day out in town."

"I had an excellent stay at RiverTown Hoi An Hotel & Spa. As a solo traveller, I found it very relaxing and comfortable. The location is great—around a 5–10 minute walk to the night entertainment and restaurants, and from there you can easily access the lantern boats. If you can, try to get a room on the 8th floor as the views are amazing. The hotel is clean and well looked after, with a couple of pools to choose from and a chilled poolside bar. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, especially when it came to recommending and booking attractions. There’s also an onsite spa if you feel like treating yourself. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend it."

"We had a wonderful stay here. Ms. Tran and Mr. Cuong looked after us so well during our stay here in Hoi An. Our rooms were spacious and directly access to the infinity pool, we just walked out and had our morning swimming everyday! The hotel room were included breakfast and the breakfast were so good. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again when we visit Hoi An!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The room was spacious and clean with great air conditioning and the staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. In particular we were greeted every morning with a beautiful smile from Bell Supervisor - Ong Duc Viet - he was so helpful and his friendly service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. In a great location just a short walk from the old town."
