"Desk agent was rude upon check in. There was signs posted stating there was no early check-in and if early check-in was needed, an additional $50 charge would be added. When I went into the room, there was a wet towel behind the door shower glass door was extremely dirty and the phones did not work in the room. I switch rooms and the AC barely work and the property was not properly clean as the shower glass doors in that room was also dirty. My bed linens had stains on them but by this time I was tired and didn't bother to request another room change. It appears as though the property was renovated, but the renovations were subpar at best. The pictures on Expedia does not depict the physical property. I will never stay here again."
