"A few fundimental problems like lighting on outdoor stairs to the rooms on the second floor, it was pitch black and we had kids going up the rather rickety stairs in the dark for bed, and general cleanliness, stained carpeting and old towels left on the beach for days. "Nice quiet property on the lake. Check in process and communication with owner was smooth. Everything clean and in working order. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but not enough drinking glasses.
