TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY. RUDE MANAGER NAMED HOPE. I called around noon because I needed to transfer my reservation to my husband’s name, I forgot my ID, I was told this was no problem. Upon arrival I was greeted by HOPE, the manager, and she was huffing and puffing while having to make the change again. My husband simply asked if she was okay, because she was in such distress while doing her job, then refused our booking. Then she called the hotel across the street to tell them to refuse us. THANKFULLY, we found a *HILTON* and checked in just fine, no huffing and puffing. My first and last time ever booking a sleep inn. Expedia refunded my stay. *HOPE* YOU FIND NEW MANAGEMENT!!
