"The hotel is very nice overall. If you arrive late (as we did, after 22:00), there is no one at the reception (not sure if it exists). However, you receive a code by email that lets you into the room that was recently redecorated. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Plenty of free public parking around the hotel."

"The hotel is right on the shore of the lake. If you walk up the main road from the hotel, you will find some excellent restaurants and wine cellars. A short walk away there are opportunities to rent windsurfing equipment. There were plenty of staff who spoke English."

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna."

"Historical building but clean and modern. I loved the quirky walk up to my room (lifts available for wimps). GREAT staff. My room was divine. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful when my only Slovakian was djakuyem. The building is amazing and the castle and all old town stuff is within easy walking distance. Breakfast buffet: amazing. I loved this place!!"
