“Hartford areas best”
I have stayed at the Hampton Inn, East Hartford, Ct twice. It is one of the nicest hotels in the area and very conviently located to Downtown Hartford and neighboring suburbs. Service generally speaking is excellent and the Breakfast is terrific. Also adequate free parking is provided as well. On my last visit on just one day my room was not serviced. The employee probably forgot or there was an informational disconnect between management and employee. The hotel management and Expedia, graciously reinbursed me for the room for that night without question. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone anytime. I really enjoyed my stay on both occasions.

“Always satisfied with Hampton”
Found the staff very helpful and the location is convenient to downtown even though it is not in town itself. The only issue we had is that there are virtually no eating establishments near the hotel. As a result, in the future we will probably go to the next Hampton Inn to the east of town which is more convenient to restaurants.

I will recommend this hotel to anyone who I know that is staying in the Hartford area. Very clean, very comfortable, very good service. Will stay here again when in Hartford.
“Great location for doing business in Hartford.”
The staff is wonderful and all seem to take pride in their hotel and their jobs. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are comfortable with very good WiFi service and great beds. Breakfast was very good and the coffee/tea service at night was very much appreciated. Five minutes farther away from our client but well worth it - especially with free onsite parking.
“Very nice - would definitely stay again”
Just stayed a weekend while visiting friends so it was perfect for that purpose. There are hotels closer to Bradley airport. Otherwise, it's a clean place with great staff and the complimentary breakfast was a hot breakfast with lots of other choices! The pool looked good too (but didn't go in) and the fitness center was nice as well. Parking lot was safe.
“Very Satisfied”
The hotel is across the river from downtown Hartford. It is next to the Founders Bridge which has a nice pedestrian walk that crosses the river and freeway, to put you into downtown. The hotel has a friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.
“Excellent Value in Hartford, CT”
Had to make a late reservation for a business trip. Hampton Inn and Suites floated to the top of my choices because of price, availability, and proximity to my final destination. I didn't need anything fancy – really just a place to crash for the night. I was very pleased I chose the Hampton Inn. It was easy to get to (a couple of minutes off of I-84). The staff was very helpful. The condition of the hotel was superb. Several of the reviews I read said the hotel is relatively new and I believe that to be true. The room was excellent and very comfortable. I've never had a faster check-in or check-out. The kicker was the continental breakfast the next morning. "Continental" really understates its quality. Although pre-prepared, the omelet was fresh, as was the sausage. Fresh fruit and pastries were available, and I could have made waffles had I wanted to. I was in and out and satisfied in 15 minutes. The Hampton Inn and Suites is a high-value, high-quality choice for anyone needing a place to stay in Hartford, CT.
“Excellent for Business Travelers”
This hotel is completely new. It is very clean and has everything that a business traveler could ask for. I was extremely surprised that it was so affordable. Nice buffet also. I give this hotel an A++!
