We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the family connecting suite. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials for our stay. We were pleased with the friendliness of staff (especially Jase at reception). Breakfast buffet was a great way to start off each morning. Location is extremely central.

This is the second time returning to Vietnam to join my family after 8 years. I didn't expect much from a low budget hotel, but I think this is one of the good value hotels with quality beyond expectations. Located on a centre of old quater, near the walking street, but not blocked on weekends, the street outside is very noisy but inside the hotel at night it is very quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, even calling in the middle of the night to ask for more bottled water is still provided. The room is a bit small, but with such a good room price, it is impossible to have a spacious room in old quater hotel, I understand, but still very clean and comfortable. I don't understand why there are still customers who are not satisfied, for me it's good, highly recommended.

The room was a size of a closet. The pictures shown on Expedia was falsely advertised. It didn’t look anywhere like the pictures. The hotel was very outdated. When we asked them for things such as extra towels, we called them twice & they never brought it to us. The hotel also had a certain stench to it. The surrounding area of the hotel was in the middle of old quarter which was a very busy & unsafe to walk around.

Location is great. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Must visit Hanoi on a weekend, as the roads leading to the lake are traffic-free. I am pleased with the family room layout and size. Checkin was smooth. Facilities like Functional gym and sauna were good. Breakfast spread is fair. Cleanliness of the room however could be better. Small ants were crawling the tea/ coffee table. One of the nights I discovered the bath towel provided has stains on it. Otherwise, everything else is fair for the price.

Room-Small and cosy for 2 pax. Don’t expect as big as the picture shows. Is camera effect. Sound proofing of room- can’t hear any noise from bustling activities outside but able to hear noise/sound coming from room corridor. Facilities-Will have water supply cut problem on and off due to the water pipe. This problem will also affect the other hotels in other part of old quarter. Breakfast-Overall not so bad.

Hotel is in a good area for Tourists and Walking
1st night we got there they put us in a room on the 8th floor, only problem is the elevator only goes to the 7th floor and I hv a bad knee. I complained and they upgraded us the next day and put us on the 5 th floor. Breakfast the serve is ok. Hotel is noisy from the outside noise... traffic, roosters, chickens (yes we were shocked when at 5 am Mr Rooster started 😫😖🤬 They hotel convinces you to use their Travel agent who is at the front desk. We booked. 4 Star ⭐️ Cruise in Halong Bay for 3 days 2 night on what we were told was a dining fancy cruise experience..... it was not. The food was awful. We were lied to!!! She robbed us! Very disappointed in the whole experience! Other people on the boat also complaining!!😡Walkable you most tourist destinations in this area. Right by lake. Great location!! A+ for location. Staff good too except travel agent!

Nice boutique hotel and very close to the hoan kiem lake (5mins walking distance). I was arrived at 5am from overnight train to get shocked that hotel was not open for 24hrs. You have to knock the door to see your luck if got people standby so you can drop you luggage at the hotel.

Exploring Hanoi
We stayed at the hotel for four nights and the staff was absolutely lovely. Location is very convenient, if you want to be close to Old Town and enjoy walking to the sights. We left for an overnight trip to Halong Bay and were able to leave our large luggage at the hotel for no extra charge. Breakfast was impressive and Vietnamese dishes changed daily. In addition you were offered a range of western breakfast options. The rooms are nice, if you consider price and where you are. They do have a few quirks, like a toilet installed super close to the tub in one room, a rain shower in another room where taller persons have to “limbo” to wash your hair, but overall they were updated and clean.

Good quality hotel.. nice trimmings and comfy bed but relatively basic although nice bathroom. For the price I paid £50 definitely worth it including breakfast. Staff were very friendly! Worth a stay!

Great location for walking around. Lovely breakfast to fill you up. Staff is very plentiful and ready to help at all times. We booked a family room which was great with two bedrooms and a bathroom each and a connecting hallway. Highly recommend.

Nice 4 star hotel. Has everything you need for short stay. Staff are super helpful and efficient. Really kind on the day I was leaving Hanoi, after spending the day in the heat, they had a shower available for me (towels and shower gels ready for me) at no extra cost - haven’t had this perk in any other hotel

Excellent location and friendly staff!
Great location that is easy walking distance to main sights as well as being in a quieter location so you can sleep easily with less noise. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and as the rooms are dark enough in the morning you can easily have a sleep in. We love this hotel and recommended for my friends!

Aircon was way too weak. Shower is pretty much permanently hot. When I came back late at night I had to knock for 15 minutes until the reception guy woke up. I have to feel guilty for waking up someone on my vacation, that doesn't feel good. The lift takes an eternity. Probably one of the worse hotel experiences I've ever had. Not remotely close to being worth the $76 AUD I paid. Staff are friendly.

The Hanoi L'Heritage Centre is conveniently located in Old Quarter. Our family room was in the back of the hotel which was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect!

Great location. Breakfast was very nice, more than continental, with eggs and pho special order. We were in two connecting rooms in the far back of the hotel. Quiet - no noise from the streets. Each room had it's own entry with separate key cards to keep up with and a small hallway between the two rooms that could become private after locking with a real key - something else to keep up with ;). The rooms were very tight - not much floor space to place suitcases. The tub/shower combo in our room (the king bed only) was poorly designed and water would spill out no matter where you turned the shower head. The shower in the other room (1 single and 1 double) was much better. Towels and toiletries were nice, free water and coffee. There were small ants in both rooms and we all got quite a few bites while sleeping. I don't think they were bed bugs because I checked the mattresses. Bedding was comfortable, nice pillows though.

Upgraded on arrival into a spacious suite. Facilities in the room were first class and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were welcoming and the location is great for walking round the old quarter.

Staff was extremely nice did great service. But room was too narrow and bathroom did not have enough space. Staying there was not comfirtable due to too tight space. Every morning, rooster cries from about 4 am and we waked up because of that sound. There were lots of ants everywhere. Facility itself was not satisfactory but all the staff working there were very nice. Location is good.

Amazing hotel!
Very central location in Old Town. Best staff you could ever get in any hotels. We upgraded the largest suite available at the property and it was worth the money we paid. Spacious and quiet, with a lot of natural light.Our flight was scheduled early in the morning and they packed the breakfast for us to eat on the way. How generous they could be.. highly recommended.
