Attention : cet hôtel n'accepte ni les cartes Visa, ni American Express ! Le petit déjeuner est décevant. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est assez vieillot et nécessite un sérieux rafraichissement. Les matelas sont vraiment trop durs. On se croirait couché sur une planche de bois.

風筒、洗頭水、護髮素、沐浴露、指甲鉗、牙線棒…這些東西的準備都在我們的意料之外。 雖然是三星酒店，設施較陳舊，但感到舒適自在。 三星酒店，但職員的服務態度非常親切周到，絕對達五星，我們在年初二晚到達，知道人手短缺，公車由原本15分鐘一班延至30分鐘一班，餐廳由原本三間減至一間，但服務非常周到，例如整場坐爆，我們移至室外用餐，會問我們冷不冷，立刻把另外一個用作宴會的場打開，讓我們移至室內較溫暖的地方，遞上一整包tissue讓我們擦嘴。 看見有人忘帶房卡，會彈性處理用餐需要，不需硬性要求房客回房取房卡。 有小孩忘了取餐具，會幫忙把他的食物帶到桌上，讓孩子取回餐具。 我們住兩晚，我最討厭別人碰我的護膚品，不但我的東西沒什麼變動，還發覺沒水沒塵打掃乾淨。 難忘她誠摯希望我們再光臨的親切笑容。

從hotel.com預約了，到達酒店後服務員說他們沒有收到通知，花了一段時間才能check in. 價錢比較其他高，但不是最舒適，但是還可以接受。位置偏僻了一點。

非常失望!

因為要去大學城所以才住在這間酒店, 交通鄰近大學十分方便, 空氣也不錯.可是除了自然條件好之外我找不到任何優點, 因為酒店整體素質非常差! 房間非常普通, 不過不失, 但是浴室很髒而且漏水! 可能是大學實習生服務的關係, 服務態度很差, 真的是失望透頂了! 下次寧願住遠一點的酒店也不會再來了!

Clean room

Room is very clean, and very comfy too. Hotel service still needs some improvement. Public transportation is a bit limited. Very hard to find taxi, and far from subway. Only public bus is accessable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who only want to visit university.

Somewhat isolated

. As a non speaker of Cantonese, communication at reception was difficult and the paperwork undertaken by reception for check-in and check-out took far more time than should be expected for an international hotel.The hotel is not conveniently located in relation to the central city. It seemed hard to find even for local taxi drivers and public transport was too far away and difficult for foreign visitors to negotiate. Hotel and room amenities were fine and was excellent value for money.

酒店的位置非常好找。最美的是酒店位于大学城中，周围树木森林茂盛，空气十分清新，安静的只会听到小鸟叽喳。房间有一个大阳台，可以充分接触阳光空气。隔音还不错，至少我较少听到隔壁和走廊的声音。房间简单但是比较温馨。布置的很细心周到，有个不大的办公桌，有晾晒衣物的架子。床垫软硬适中，不会睡一觉起来腰酸背痛。服务员都比较亲切。底层的中餐厅饭菜也还好，价格不算贵。早餐是自助，品种不算太多，但品质都还不差。唯一遗憾的是我需要夜晚办公，但是网络似乎不通，而且没有较为明亮的台灯（虽然房间里的灯不少）。

Nice hotel in quite and green area

I liked the location of the hotel. It's surrounded by education institutions and green areas. It's suited in very quite area with almost no traffic in contrast to the rest of Guangzhou. The problem in this area is access to taxis is very limited and you should rely on the subway.

Good Service, So Clean... not but their location

If I and my daughter met a chinese professor from Beijing, we couldn't check in early... No taxi, even if this hotel didn't provide their location how to access clearly. If you can understand Chinese, I can recommand this hotel.
